Loved your video! 😃 So much great advice, and you really cover all the bases! I'm new to the Instagram crochet scene, so hardly anyone knows me yet. So if I don’t get picked, it’s probably because I’ve only got a few pics on my feed, and that’s okay! At least I’m putting myself out there, and with time, my posts will grow. Same goes for tester calls-people can’t respond if they don’t know I exist. But if I keep trying and improving my photos, someone will eventually apply. In the meantime, I’ve got an awesome tech editor and a friend helping me test my pattern. Instagram will come around in time! One thing I’m taking from your video: I should build up more to the tester call and maybe try some Reels. Thanks for the tip. Amazing video! ❤
Mel! Excellent video full of terrific tips! I have been fortunate enough to test a fair amount of patterns - I LOVE LOVE LOVE it - but I very rarely receive the final pattern. Is that interesting? You, Zac, and a clothing designer, outside of Patreon, are the only folks I can recall offering that option. Interesting. I’m still gonna do it, you know? But I’ve wondered. Hmm…huge luck for the tourney!!! Xxx 🧡☺️🫶🏻🧶
Woahhh! That surprises me!!! I honestly thought it was standard to get, I think 90% of the ones I've done I've been sent the final pattern or been able to get it free somewhere 😧
Interesting, right? It’s cool though. If I were to design, I’d be certain to do it though! Lol. I was so surprised when it was offered to me the first time! Eh. It is what it is, I reckon. 😉🧡
Closed captions doing you DIRTYYYYYY 😂😂😂 ‘hi, I have a test*, can you pls share my test*’ 💀💀
But also agree with all of these points 👏👏👏
hahahah OH DEAR. I just uploaded my subtitle track (oops) so hopefully it's fixed. Or perhaps no thopefully for those who want a giggle 🤭
Doesn’t look fixed to me, which tbh I think is for the better 😜👏 much funnier with the accidental funnies!
Haha I guess it's the way it was meant to be 😌😌😌😌
