I started knitting so I had something other than work to talk about! Then I started to sew my own clothes because I wanted cotton tops to wear. These are 2 of the best decisions I've ever made 😁

10:05 the only thing wrong with your body in this sweater is that your arms go up in the air and the sweater is unforgiving. 😂 (to be clear that is a sweater problem not a body problem. A girl has to be able to dance.) I would take some similar tone ribbon and weave it thru the top part or help give the top some fixed construction without making it stiff.

It’s frustrating to always be second guessing ourselves and our bodies! But totally agree with you on the Valla vest. Seeing it on all the different body types was so helpful! I totally agree it's never easy to decide if a pattern will actually look good on your own body until you've made it and tried it out >.> Especially if it's something you're supposed to wear close to the body. Oversized stuff is easier I guess, though way longer to make as a result haha For your teletubbies top, perhaps embroider or cross-stitch something in to the screen? You are a gorgeous human 😊 you actually look a bit like my niece! ❤ I made an awesome Cardigan a couple of years ago but ended up deciding that I didn’t think it looked great on me so I donated it to the Salvos. I’m sure it would have found its forever home. I personally don’t love crochet items on me as I don’t think they suit me but there is definitely a place for them and a lot of people rock them! You have to be comfortable, that’s the bottom line 😊

On the raglan I think the green that’s going across your chest is cutting you in half in an odd way! That’s what caught my eye on it, otherwise it seems to fit you really nicely! I’ve crocheted a couple raglans and sewn many more (my past hobby 😆) and I think the problem with raglan shirts as a whole is the amount of fabric on the chest of the shirt, especially if you have any amount of boobage like I do, I think they are best suited for super drapey fabrics, I love my bamboo yarn raglan more than my cotton ones and from my sewn ones my ones made with rayon fabric always sat the nicest! So it might be worth trying again with a more drapey yarn, you may like it more! I still have to watch the rest of the video so I may be missing something you say but just wanted to throw in my similar experience with raglans in two different craft worlds!

I can see that you are comfortable in it, even if you'd rather run from the camera. 😂 I think for the raglan, I would shorten the sleeves. Also the colour change is a little is a little unfortunate. When you where lifting it and the stripes got a little wider, it looked so good. I love the grey side of the teletubbie shirt. 😂 Loving your naming process. If you don't reach for it, maybe turn it into a shopping or beach bag. Maybe you'd reach for it more. You could always turn the side outside for everyone to see that suits you that day. Like a mood bag. The shirt that needs the triangles is so cute under your yellow shirt. Once you can see mini granny squares again, it would be lovely to see you finish and wear it. The colours suit you. The last shirt doesn't need any explanation. It's so clear that you love it. 😊 And it's indeed really cute. Getting emotional about yourself is so understandable. I would love to see you take something you like to wear from your closet to and emulating the fit. I think that could be a great way to find what styles suit you. Tony from tl yarn crafts has made some really cute sweaters. Seeing that she is a normal sized person as well, I definitely get good ideas from her. I could see rocking the Patchwork Jumper from Iron Lamb (she talked about it in one of her videos) for sure. I would probably make the neck band a separate colour. Imagine it in some of your yarn. 😍 Big hugs! Even though it was emotional, I loved your video. And I really want to make a wearable, too. 😊

The first cardigan is perfection, the granny square top will be perfect with those triangles. As a larger chest sized gal I relate to this so much, I’ve made items that the pattern didn’t have any room for chest haha

The raglan - I agree with what Sizzle8087 says about it in the comments, frumpy is 100% the right word for it, the colours are stunning together so definitely try those colours on something else? could be worth frogging if you want to re use the yarn The vest is stunning!! No one will notice the extra seems! I wonder if the yarn would look better in a different pattern? or you could redo with a different yarn combo? if you aren't reaching for it, frog it, I did that for a top I wasn't wearing at all and have reused the yarn on something else The small square top, go back and make those triangles!
