@garage kei and a few others have had some issues getting the ITBs clocked/aligned correctly during install.
Make sure that the throttle plates are all in line correctly (throttle at 100% and compare), otherwise you'll run into issues with them staying synchronized. Loosen bolts and adjust as necessary.

how difficult is it to hook up the universal part of the harness to the car? Im having trouble finding info on it. do you know of any info out there and if so could you point me in the right direction?

Panic sends you with instructions. You'll need to know where to get constant power, ignition on power, ground etc from and how to hook up the tach signal, fuel pump relay, fan relays, etc. If you're comfortable doing this it's a breeze. Otherwise, it can be kind of difficult. Not terrible, but not the easiest thing in the world

Would I still need a sq mechanical speedo drive kit if I'm going with this kit? Thanks

Good question! Yes you would - if you want to use the stock speedometer.

why didn't you go with the AltezzaLink Plug in ? it can handle the AC and even the E throttle if I recall correctly

Altezzalink is really intended more for altezzas - it's a PNP for altezza, and has stuff for the cluster and things. With this being an engine swapped into another car, going with a "universal" ECU gives me more flexibility with inputs and outputs.

Hello need help running stock ECU . Battery new and alternator new. But multimeter does not show 14+ V . When engine running . The BA1 plug pin9. I tested the polarity it was neg. I know the PIN9 was supposed to connect to a 7.5 fuse to the positive battery. .

My cars typically run 12.5-13.8V when running. I let the alternator "self-excite" so it doesn't use the ECU for alternator charging output. But I haven't ran a stock ECU in over 5 years so I'm not sure exactly how I have it wired anymore
