This clip really exemplifies what makes The Graham Norton Show such a great talk show. The host asks a question of one of the guests, and that leads to a lively and fun discussion between all the guests, with the host only occasionally interjecting with either a joke or another question. It's why The Graham Norton Show is the best.
Japan attacked China as well, twice. Doesn't mean they're not culturally different enough to be held up as a sign of diversity when the people from the different countries interact in any meaningful way represented in media. (I assume that's what you were talking about.)
I like how you put that. They act less of celebrities as graham manages to get them to show more of themselves. I have noticed this a lot in contrast to how these celebrities act on any other chat show. On graham norton, these celebs don't seem to be putting up as much of a character, and seem to be showing an actual personality.
ChaoticDoll It’s mainly because they’re in a group setting like someone said above, makes them feel more comfortable because it’s not just one person being bombarded with questions
@John WuYeah I agree with Craig , he loved hamming it up with his guests and made them feel comfortable. He seemed to take an actual interest. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY!!! WHEN HE WAS WRONG HE ADMITTED IT!!! None of the so-so apologies, when it cut back from commercial and he realized he was wrong he would address it.
I love this show so much. We have absolutely nothing like it in Canada or America. Graham is very adept at knowing when to speak and more importantly, when not to speak and to let the guests do their things. That's the brilliance of this show.
Graham Norton is a genius. I have never seen a man and host who put his guests so much at ease, to genuinely get to enjoy themselves. You put him in the mix and everyone seems to get along swmmingly. That is a gift.
I just love Allison Janney. She is hysterical in Mom. Now I am going to have to watch episodes to see if she does this when she kisses someone. I hope she wins the Oscar
Why is everyone so shocked that people don't know what neosporin is? Products are not the same everywhere, just because something is in the States doesn't mean that it has to be everywhere else, and likewise, stuff that are let's say french or italian won't be known in the States.
Makawav and especially since (at least from what I understand) it's an ointment, it's not a clothing brand or food or you know something bigger that actually could be more known worldwide

Yeah like Germolene, Neosporin is an antibiotic cream and is a combination medicine used as a first aid antibiotic to prevent infections in minor cuts, scrapes, or burns on your skin
Graham, I must say that I love your show so much! I'm happy TH-cam existes so we far from England can see it. You is such an exquisite host, truly! And I learn a lot the british accent with you. Hugs from Brazil! ❤❤❤
The first time I saw ALLISON JANNEY in a film ('BIG NIGHT') ... and even with her very small part, she made a heck of an impression on me. That's cool. I cant distinguish between US accents. But Graham and I are the same height and she'd tower over me as well- her dress helps makes the most of her height
I've heard that the actors brush and floss before a kissing scene. Except Debra Winger hated Richard Gere so much in Officer and Gentlemen that she ate raw garlic.
To floss just before a kissing scene was a very bad idea in the 80s and the 90s. The last thing you wanted is to have two people with slightly bleeding gums exchanging fluids.
I googled NEOSPORIN. This is what I learned - "Polymyxin B sulfate - neomycin sulfate - bacitracin zinc contains a combination of antibiotics used to treat certain types of infections caused by bacteria. The topical ointment can be used to treat certain skin infections and to prevent infections in burns, minor cuts, and wounds."
Joe Smith Yes, allowing people to use antibiotics willy-nilly without prescription is really responsible in a world where antibiotic resistance is increasing by the day! Broadly, in the UK, a doctor’s prescription is needed to obtain antibiotics (I think there are some special exceptions).
one of the reasons i love the show is that you'll always have that one brit guy on the couch that's just hilarious
"that one brit guy" - This is Oscar Nominated Daniel Kaluuya who starred in one of the biggest movies of last year. Critically and commercially.
Guido Anselmi he’s still that one British guy.
Uhm, no. That's dismissive of his immense talent. He's so much more.
that just shows how multi talented he is that people think he's a comedian. Because there usually is a proffessional british comedian on the couch
He is still a guy and british, sorry.

I always feel a bit stressed watching the show. People are so on
God this is just so much better than american talk shows
Very much true. I do love Conan O'Brien though
Agreed, with the exception of Conan
British people know how to make TV entertaining, I admire this
Except Conan show
😒
What a diverse couch! You have an australian, american, swedish, and british actor sitting there.

You're an idiot.
Nidhi Vaidya Exactly, there are so many differences between Korean and Japanese cultures alone. Diversity is not just differences of skin color.

He’s like a normal dude who randomly got famous
You said it.
y'know all actors are normal people who randomly got famous.
@@mKruter not really, lots of actors are very very weird people who got famous. See john travolta or tom cruise
@@Zimzamzoom95 yes, but there are lots of very very weird people who aren't famous. The point is, they aren't famous bc they are special.
@@mKruter Eccentric/weird people are definitely overrepresented in celebrities
I don't like talk shows, but I do have to enjoy this one. He actually has fun with his guests, and they enjoy being people, not celebrities there.
david fanning it helps having them in a group I think, it feels less like an interrogation
Ryan Sheehan Or just other shows set the standard that low that anything non-traditional is a good thing
I like how you put that. They act less of celebrities as graham manages to get them to show more of themselves. Margot Robbie is so cute when she smiles
EpicJacoby Yeah, the rest of the time she's kind of an uggo.
Sexy as hell as Harley Quinn.
Margot Robbie is so cute period.
Omfg I read her name wrong cx. I said maggot robbie
Full on crush on her tbh
I love this show so much. We have absolutely nothing like it in Canada or America. Graham is very adept at knowing when to speak and more importantly, when not to speak and to let the guests do their things. That's the brilliance of this show.
Yes, when NOT to speak.

That kiss was so wasted on Graham, lol
Allison Janney is brilliant in everything she does. She's had accolades in Film, TV and Stage.
You're not going to want to miss her doing The Jackal.

There is probably a three year waiting list to get on this show. Every episode it seems the guests are having so much fun.

Who the hell tells Margot not to use tongue? Was he a Mormon?
LOL i thought that as well
Sophia M Could have been married.
Ariana Well someone who does not find her attractive (I'm sure they exist), a gay man playing straight, a married man etc.
Ariana he's gay
Einomar I don't find her attractive...but I still wouldn't refuse her tongue
Daniel has been AMAZING on the press tour for Black Panther, so funny 🖤🐾
When a gay man gets more action than you...
I need to take a long look in the mirror
It's easier with guys tho. Gays are just dealing with other guys. Girls are harder to sleep with.

Well, cause it's not really like Vick's. I thought Vaseline was the best comparison.

Graham Norton is straight up hilarious because of its host and their practise of bringing celebs from diff countries
4:05 Allison's 6-foot height against Graham's 5'8'' really shows here😮
I don't know if its just my screen but she looks to have the biggest hands from 1:14
I think she's even taller, don't know if she has heels on.
Graham sacrificing himself for show 😘
Great example of why The Graham Norton Show is the best talk show
Two most beautiful and talented young actresses of this era.
Graham looked so uncomfortable
Devon Palmer lol right with his eyes open.
Because vajayjay Is not bus thing if u know what i mean
Saro M she asked him to do it.
He consented lmao
Devon Palmer Graham is a gay man. Of course he's going to be uncomfortable with a Kiss from a gorgeous woman. Margot Robbie is gorgeous!
Allison Janney looks GORGEOUS. She is sitting in between two of the most beautiful women in the world and she totally outshines them.
I was shocked at how tall she is!

This show is an addiction to me and ruins my scheduling discipline. The sheer happiness that the guests and Mr. Norton exude.

Makawav and especially since (at least from what I understand) it's an ointment, it's not a clothing brand or food or you know something bigger that actually could be more known worldwide
The culture shock over something so minor its a bit absurd, when its something so insignificant.
