In this video we will show you how to remove or replace the steering wheel on Ford Fiesta mk6. This should cover most of the models and years from 2010 to 2016. You will need to remove the airbag so be very careful there. Always disconnect the battery at least 1 hour before working on the air bag.

Way easier than I'd have imagined, thanks for the video.
Once I got the bottom one off it was easy to get the side off aswell. Thank you for making the tutorial.
Wow pretty simple actually, thank you the great video
Whoa there......Safety guys....If the car is negatively grounded (which the Fiesta is) shouldn't the negative battery terminal be the first to be disconnected?
just take out the battery man
For fiesta mk7.5 2015 the screw holding the steering wheel in is a 24mm
Your video has inspired me to remove my airbags great video I also discovered that you can not place the cruise control unit in a base steering wheel the spot is to small you will need to upgrade your steering wheel to the leather wrapped version
How do you know where to line the wheel back up when putting it back
Hi guys.
Do you think I could replace my steering wheel with a classic sporty one from a XR2? :-)
Obviously I'd have no airbag or stereo controls but I could manage
Did you put cruise control on it?
Is it not neccesary to remove the - pole from the battery too??????
Well crap. The steering wheel shaft appears to be a hex shape instead of a spline like I expected. I had a wheel alignment done and the wheel is rotated about 20 degrees left when the car is rolling straight. I thought I could take the wheel off a splined shaft and turn it a bit to correct this. Nope..
Always remove the battery negative lead 1st!!!
You really have to clean your engine bay
