Thank you in advance!
Love your vibe bruh .
Great insight!
Preciate that
I enjoyed your rant at the end of the vid. 👍
Good vibes
I think this is the first time I’ve viewed your content and this reaction was wonderful. Really enjoyed the breakdown and reaction to the song itself but also enjoyed the discussion about KRS One. Awesome stuff man.
Glad you enjoyed!
Respect!!
Just found your Sublime reactions. My favorite band growing up.
sublime had been part of my soul for 28 years
Imagine being a 13y/o kid living in Eastern Oregon and hearing this song when it was released. There was no internet, so KRS-1 was a complete mystery. I special ordered a couple of KRS-1 albums from our local music shop just figure out what Sublime's song was all about. 25+ years later, one of those KRS-1 CDs is in my disc changer in my car right now.
The internet is the craziest thing to happen to culture probably ever
Lmao! I just commented on another video about how I had to go to tower records to find out what this krs one guy was all about!
Woop woop!
@@randycassidy198dat’s the sound of the police
YURRR👾👾📈
Asking for my favorite Sublime songs is asking the impossible. Every song on every album is worth having on repeat. Growing up in San Diego, you are right about his music drifting along the sandy beaches when we were out.
Theres no way to make a top whatever list for Sublime, but 'Roots of Creation' and 'Perfect World' have been my favorite Sublime songs since '91 or '92..... Its never changed.... but theres no wrong favorite with Sublime
Sublime is great. They took this hook from a Boogie Down Productions track and transformed it into this brilliance. First time I heard this in the 90’s it had me trippin’ still love it 30 years later….
You're a legit music lover and fan. A true artist. 🙏💪👊✌
This song is a prime example of why Sublime doesn't fit only into any one Genre. They could do and mix it all.
This is in my top 5 fave sublime songz. Just a simple real sublime sound.
April 29th, 1992. The best! As a kid it took me a second to figure out why the song was called April 29th when the beginning of the song is April 26th, 1992. There was riots on the streets tell me where were you.
Only song I’ve ever heard where the only two instruments are an acoustic guitar and a DJ station
Yaaauuh! 313 Allen Park rockin Sublime!
Two joints, garden grove, 40 Oz. Freedom. LBC IN THE HOUSE . SUBLIME IS THE ORIGINAL!!!!! Livex it with Brad, Bud, And Eric.
" 1 , 2 , 3 the crew is called BDP and if you wanna go to the tip top, stop the violence and Hip Hop, Yyyy 00hh"!!
“Let’s go get stoned” “Pool-shark” “chica mi tipo “ and every other sublime song ever written lol
Sublime is from East Side Long Beach.. where we love reggae and hip hop.. so no matter what color you are you love real music.. so just so you know this was Bradley Nowells favorite rapper.. they always sampled the hip hop legends.. much love for you showing love to my cities legends.. Long Beach is soooo much more than Snoop 💯💯💯
Man, you fucking get it...
It's mellowed out drinking beer with friends music
Bradley knows because of KRS-1, and I know KRS-1 because of Bradley. And now I know because of them both.
"Ball and Chain"..."Rivers of Babylon"..."Date Rape"....you've only brushed the surface of Sublime, my man. Kelp rocking this band....love your reactions! I introduced the 40 Oz to Freedom album to my hometown in PA back in 1995 and the shit was playing at every fraternity house on campus in 3 months.
Scarlett Begonias, you will absolutely love it!, and What Happened! They are both quentacential for a true fan
What I Got
Santeria

Check out Don’t Push. There’s a few different versions though. Jah won’t pay the bills version, 40oz to Freedom version, Robbin the Hood version.
The 40 oz version is my favorite Sublime song ever. That whole last half of the song just puts me in such a good mood every time I hear it.
You gotta do Pawn Shop
Dude I fuck with what you said at the end heavily. Everybody raps. Not enough are Hip Hop Artists.
When I saw KRS-One in 2005 I listened to this song non stop all day until the show. And when I delivered pizza in college I had all 3 Sublime albums rotating in my 3 cd changer. And blunts for days.
🔥🔥
40oz to freedom album is all 🔥
Can you react to streetlight manifesto? They are ska also but they come a decade later and they have a much more evolved sound. They are like cousins to sublime musically.
Sublime scarlet begonias....bad fish .....April 29th 1992
Try Garden Grove by Sublime!

D.J's is one of my top 3 favs amazing track.
So true man. No matter if it was a hip hop, reggae, ska, punk song it always had good vibes cause Brad was at the helm. The dude was nothing but good positive vibes despite dealing with his own drug abuse struggles
Boss DJ
Waiting for my ruca

Rah, love your reactions! Check "Banger" by G Love. It features Blackalicious.
Growing up , we had massive party’s between 2000/2010 and chilled with all clicks, groups, and everyone under the sun, all listening to different music. and Sublime 40oz to freedom was 1 of the only albums everyone agreed on
The song after this...Rivers of Babylon.. is amazing.
Check out the nowell family foundation or jakob nowell and l.a.w. or the house that bradley built.
I like the smoke blazin in background.
KRS 1 Black Cop Rah I hope you had a chance to listen to April 1992 Sublimes take on the LA Uprising
Hell ya some old skool. KRS 1 legend
White boys putting respect on KRS ONE’s name. Nice
"DJs" and "New Song" are definitely worth your time.
Have you done a reaction to the joint that Zack de la Roca and KRS-one did for the lyricist lounge? If not, it’s a definite must listen.
My bro, react to Twelve Foot Ninja if you haven't already. Im sure youll probably love it.
Pawnshop!!
This track helped me find hip hop as a culture when I was mostly empty, changed my life.. found the teacher, graffiti and turntablism, which helped me find Atmosphere is a world dominated by slim shady at the time..
NOTI GANG WYA 🔥
Spm son dropped his first song yesterday
Carlos coy jr - the talk
More Sublime please!

on this same not, there's a lot of other good shit - Vinnie Paz and Immortal Technique are the first that come to mind. I'd actually recommend checking out the Reel Wolf "Underworld" cypher, that'll put you on track with a bunch of shit if you haven't heard them already.
Check out Robbin the hood cd. Awesome cd.
My Rica and river of baboyln
Some beautiful songs of Sublime I do not hear others reacting to are Let's Go Get Stoned, DJ's, STP, Scarlet Begonias, Burritos, same in the end, etc... So much amazing work from these guys. Bradley was one of the best musicians to ever live IMO.
Rumor anything..... beastie boys Paul revere....intergalactic
No band has ever been able to improve my mood as quickly as throwing some Sublime on
I dunno if you checked out sublime's Romeo. I actually just heard it again today randomly and I really dug it
Gotta check it out! Glooks 💯
Checks the band 311 ( Amber ) 🎶
I remember thinking there were just a few of us in the early 90s that knew how great this band was. Glad to see they are still appreciated. Respect
I had 2 older brothers who introduced me to sublime as a small child in the 90s
To put it simply, Sublime give you a sense of peace.
KRS-one shows aren’t so much hip hop shows as it is a life improvement lecture
🎯
I got to see him live too, I'm a spoken word artist, and learned a lot just from his stucture of the lyric.
Unsweet teas can be sweet. no lie, try Burger King unsweet, unless they've changed the formula without me knowing.
So you try "Let's Go Get Stoned" yet?
Not yet! Gotta check that out 💯
my top 3 sublime tracks are Waiting for my ruca, get ready, and caress me down
