4:15 Its a safety feature. Open boot at night, then rear lamps go up with the door. This way traffic can still see you. (Pulled over side of street etc)
Really like you as a reviewer. you are really good! But i think you might want to work a bit on the video/audio. Speially in this review there is a lot of backlighted shots that show dust on the lens from the sun etc, camera wobble, stuff like that.. and the audio is not that great. Polish up your camera/audio and editing workflow and your gonna be a major car channel in no time :)
Cheers Pete, appreciate the feedback. Noticed my audio was poor which I’ve fixed with my later videos. My camera though, I will have to wait till I’m earn enough money off TH-cam to upgrade!
@@ArmaganDemiral Yeah I subscribed and had a look at some of your other stuff and the audio was much better. Looking foreward too see how your reviews develop. Btw I have this car. A1 TDI sport thou. It really good. Hope you get the chance to review the new Kia EV6 someday, as i'm hoping to buy one in a couple of years time.
I am looking at 2013, a1, s-line, 1.4, auto, petrol- but its saying tax is £130 for it? You mentioned in your vid £0 on tax- is that as yours is a different spec?
My daughter has 1.4 TFSI manual and it's currently £130 to tax. I believe newer petrol models, after a 2014 face-lift, emit less CO2 and are cheaper to tax. From 1 April 2017 onwards, its currently about £155 per year to tax irrespective of emissions, all subject to ongoing increases from the Chancellor, of course
I have the 2015 style edition S-line sportback 1.4TFSI. Didn’t know about the asterisk feature so thanks!
No problem dude!

Of course! You are right, thank you for correcting me
Legal requirement that when you open the boot or tailgate at night, red rear lights are still visible to other cars on the road
Hi - what the music called? & do you review the sportback? I’m an Audi fan💓
