  • In this tutorial, I have explained step by step guide to create quick calls in Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management and use them in self service portal.
    In Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management (ESM) quick call is a template for recurring support queries. The basic information is already entered in the quick call and can be used for creating new incidents. Which then will help to automatically prepopulate the data based on the created template.
