It wasn't a bike engine as such but designed by Yamaha. Way back I built a Ford Celica/Corolla, can't remember which one but the Toyota/Yamaha engine and gearbox went straight in with a minor mod for the gearbox support and a propshaft made from both, front half from one and back half from the other, the seats and wheels along with most of the suspension was a straight swap or only required minor mods to fit. At the time most people around here were putting 2 litre Ford Capri engines into escorts which were fast but the 1600 cc 4-ag-e Toyota/Yamaha engine was faster despite a 400cc disadvantage.

But you only need one Hayabusa or gsxr engine tuned and charged to 600 hp which they can totally do. Twin engines is unnecessary weight even though these vehicles are light . The single engine can be tuned with more hp than these twin engine models.
Nice bit of fun, clean simple build but that price tag?? Although im sure theres someone that will pay near what he's asking, I was thinking half that would be on the expensive side.
