@@mikedillon9080 that was what I was about to write. I'm a huge fan of Aerosmith & generally disappointed by covers, no matter how much I love the band. Blacktop Mojo blew me away.
I'd give Dirty Honey a 7 (it might have been higher but last child happens to be my favorite Aerosmith song & first guitar riff I remember hearing as a kid). Blacktop Mojo gets a 10 for their dream on. The original is a classic, but to be honest I've heard it too many times. Blacktop Mojo paid respect but brought a new excitement to it.

Wow...blown away. Lower register, he sounds like Myles Kennedy....upper, a mix of Tyler and Plant...he's fkn awesome. This is my favorite new band out there. Glad to hear hard rock isn't dead.
I'm old School, a California Born Rocker who grew up on kick ass Rock and Roll bands like Zepplin, Arrowsmith Etc. I played in Rock Bands since I was 15 "Drummer" at 56 years old, I still have to crank up the Rock, on the Radio, when Gretta Van Fleet came out I was like f@#k yea, please bring back Rock n Roll, then heard you fine lads, well... I'm totally STOKED, your innovative classic Rock sound, is friggin Kick Ass, good ole Rock ! We need more, so tired of all the crap on the Radio. YOU GUYS ROCK.

Unfortunately the Album is dead. Costs are to high to produce a full album that people will just steal. It's the age of the single, burning and churning on stream, no longer burning the charts.

They are soo good..i love that they can do a cover and pay homage to the original band members talent AND make it their own by injecting their own talent...this song is sacred to die hard rock and roll fans so iconic its like if youre gunna cover this song you better do it right or your career your interest your fan base will drop you right then and there and theres no coming back from that...but they took a chance and gave it their own spin and did that risky little dance along that fine line and did it respectfully ...nod to the originals Aerosmith the vocals the sweet guitar riffs and drums and damn they added their own magic and made it their own...very cool...love them even more for their confidence because its based on what they know they have...and thats a good thing ..wish i could see them live here soon..let me know where you saw them..was it recently?

Saw this band last night in Columbus, Ohio and they rocked the house. They're an awesome stripped down four piece rock and roll outfit. They didn't have any pre-recorded audio so I knew I was watching talented musicians play instruments rather than air guitar to a soundtrack like a lot of bands these days.
I love this band, they give hope that Rock & Roll will survive. They all do a great job but a special shout out to the bass player, I’ve been listening to their album and he is really good.

It's past time it's been 40 years... like last child that's climbing out of the box to go after it. There are some other amazing bands that have done such Justice to the original without messing it all up, and once in awhile they even surpass the original what makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up cuz it's just amazing. A really good cover can make or break an album and the whole thing sometimes. I hope they decide to do that and last child seems to be getting plenty of views already out of respect for these gentleman I will not say any other bands that have a great cover tune but you can message me or find me on Facebook and there's a good chance you might have missed a couple that will knock your socks off just like this remix does I'm sorry cover. I'd like to see them explore other influences so they don't get into that Zeppelin trap GVF is in and just sound like Aerosmith.
There is a lot of talent here if they open their minds up to other influences.

Wow. That's an epic cover. As others have commented, I feel good about Rock & Roll's future with bands like this putting out music.
They did this great song justice by leaving the most important tenets of the song in tact while adding their own touch musically and sonically...Particularly the vocal was the biggest stretch and biggest alteration but it was an absolute winner.
The attention to detail in everything this band performs is impossible to overlook.
Guitar tone is one of those things. The voice of the guitars, clarity, note separation and articulation, dynamics. Every nuance of guitar tone is premium with this band.
Seeing these guys next Saturday in Flint, Mi...Can't wait !

I had lost all hope that the rock sound of my youth... Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Ozzy, Iron Maiden, Ac/DC, Ratt, Cinderella ... Was over. My faith has been restored!!!
