When a job becomes frequently vacant, this is a red flag. People don't leave good jobs where they are valued.

Going Through 1/3 of this video I said ouch! And get the heck out!!! You told your family you dont know get real. No regululatory Comm. No policy and procedure. No this or that means No license for you! If you have an emergency they are going (the 2 doctors), to cover their butts with you. And dont use them on your resume. They are a guaranteed catastrophe and you dont want your name attached to that. I worked in something similar but i kept my standards with no help from them but it is taxing and when they go down they will try to take you with them. Be smart! You dont know what the future holds but you know who holds the future! Amen.

Honestly as a licensed nurse it is your duty to report this facility for the safety of the patients. This is scary to think this is going on, but there is no need to dwell on it, but rather attempt to find a solution for the patients. You could potentially save a life. God removed you from a shady situation and spared your license from a possible malpractice lawsuit in the future.

I’ve been a nurse for 12 years and I can’t even tell you how many times God has given me signs when it was time to leave a job. He will make you feel uncomfortable and give you a hard time so you can leave because he wants you to go somewhere else where you are needed. He also keeps you in certain places for a certain amount of time to meet certain people and learn from it, because where He is taking you, you might need what you learned at your previous place to advance where He is taking you. I’ve been put in this position several times and I know that’s what He was doing. As long as you put it in Gods hands, He will take care of the rest. God bless you, and always remember Gods in control ALWAYS. :)

However, she wanted to be her own boss and now she’s making over $5K a week doing Botox. My mom is a Nurse and does I.V. Hydration and loves it. My aunt does Legal Nursing. I’m going to teach CPR.This lady does Zoom classes for new Nursing students and charges $200. I signed up and there was 35 students in her first class. That’s good money over $6k

The doctor's memory wasn't bad; her memory is great, she needs all her employees to stay vague about what's going on in their work place & vague about their relationship with their employer
She has to keep her turnover flowing to keep her taxes and salaries low
The former nurse, that "spilled the beans" did that deliberately with you; to use you as part of her bribery plan
She let the doctor know that you could be a witness against her, in an investigation
The saddest part is: that's how some people, in the "crime world" come up missing or...

I didn't realize how stressed out I was and how toxic the work environment had become. At the time, I was a wreck but now as I look back, they did me a favor. I'm now happy to be working 3 eight hour shifts a week. Is it perfect? Heck no, but I know that I can leave at any time and have another job in a minute. I'm sure you will look back on this and shake your head...."what was I thinking????" I've been there...this sort of thing makes you stronger.

She should not be a doctor at all if she don't know certain things and is that forgetful. This is red flags everywhere even the patients noticing it. I would have left after the first interview..

Nurse 1 was upset she was being “let go.” After conversations with Nurse 2, she realized she could use what she heard to get what she really wanted and that was her job. How underhanded! The doctor also came to the realization that paying Nurse 1 $10 extra an hour was far better than the trouble Nurse 2 might bring.

It's so crazy how no matter where you work it's like different toilet same poop. As nurses the world can never understand what we go through just to do our job, stay out of prison, and keep our patients safe. It's also crazy how we don't have each other's back as nurses as well. I feel like the other nurse took advantage of the situation and your kindness. Giving you all the tea just to step back into the job. It just baffles me how wicked people aka the devil's puppets be advancing but the bible clearly states the 1st will be last and the last will be 1st. Let's not change the awesome ppl God created us to be. We do have to continue to be open to God's voice. I've been an LPN 17yrs and will be graduating Dec 22 with my RN and it's just crazy what we put up with. Like you L&D has always been my 1st love in nsg and why I went from Surgical Tech to nurse. I've been an RN 45 years...taught nursing for a while..and I can tell you some nightmare stories..especially from my timelines beginning in the 70's. It is appalling..infuriating and character- testing just trying to fulfill your duties with integrity. I had to answer my Supervisor about why I didn't "support" a male co-worker who sexually assaulted a young PREGNANT patient..and I responded.."I assumed I was here to be an advocate for my PATIENTS..not a "professional" man who was dead wrong..what he did was criminal. Went through some persecution but really didn't care. I've been blamed for dangerous incidents of negligence and incoherence that occured
ed when I was at home in my bed..lost my shift..and waa suspended without pay for 3 days..being sacrificed because of ",porch n*****s who sat in the office and smoked and told all their business were that low down..and so very much more.
My counsel to this present generation of nurses is this..if you're in it because you love the profession and you love truly helping God's people and giving them hope..hang in there prayerfully.. because that part will keep you grounded and motivated..but if it's for the cash only..move out of the way and let those dedicated do their jobs.
Nursing is SCANDOLOUS and treacherous ..they even will try to persuade you to falsify records and sign things felonious. I've never seen soooo many incompetent..ill-trained..medically illiterate "nurses" who don't even seem to "like" their jobs..God help the sick and infirm..everything is cost effective for the cash elephants...

Girl. These companies are a trip. In 2011 I quit my job without securing a new one. I remember a lady telling me I was crazy because I didn't have a plan. I told her I didn't need a plan because I had a promise from God that he would meet all my needs. I started my on consulting business and secured a position working for a grant project aimed at reducing African American Infant Mortality; I made more money in those 3 years than I ever have in my career. Unfortunately I could not secure another big money project, so I entered the traditional workforce again. I say all that to say this, sometimes in our season of "no's", it's a "yes" from God. Matta-of-fact, I'm bout 10 minutes from chucking up the dueces to these jokas I work for now. In my Nesha voice, Babyyyyyy this is your YES season! You got his Bob! Much love to ya sis ❤️.

And that's a joke too! All it takes is a disgruntled boss to flag your license and then you gotta go through hell to get it back, or get off probation. I quit my last job after my boss started stalking me so she couldn't do that to me.

I experienced the same thing with a Kelsey-Seybold manager. Petty, messy and evil is the best way to describe her. The interview questions were a bit "off". I was asked how I'd respond to gossip in the workplace, at the same time being told unflattering things about the current staff. This concerned me, but I accepted the position anyway. After 6 months of DRAMA, I quit. I, too, learned to listen to my intuition, and to not ignore the red flags. If God is for us, who can be against us? Stay strong... Stay blessed

I spoke this Monday and was off on Tuesday and just so happened to call in to ask a question Tuesday and was let go. Funny because as soon as I heard it I knew God was releasing me for some reason. I could feel the plot from them low key on Monday. The Lord told me to finish my Real Estate classes. He said do what I told you to do and the rest leave up to Me.

The thing at this point is to ask the Lord to show you what you learned from the short period of time you were there. I posted on this same page of yours about 6 days ago about being let go Tuesday from a job I was only at for 5 weeks. Since then Lord blessed me with a permanent full time job, full benefits, 100% remote job in the same field. Crazy because that whole week I was stressing about how to get my kids to school and the day before they let me go my kids had school the next day and I was at peace knowing I was the one to get them to and from safely. The blessing again was a few days after I started work another temp lady started and the same lady we were laughing about because we didn't know where she even came from..her and I ended up connecting and were super cool as she was the 3rd black woman there...Yall listen..God had a plan before the plan. That same woman called me the day after they let me go and said her daughter was a doctor with her own practice and was in need of a Accountant/billing specialist. Ya'll..she called me..interviewed me Friday like yes its only part-time but eventually will become full time. The pay was just $2 less but heck I was putting $100 a week in my tank for the other job and this one was remote so I was good good. Well by the time the interview was over she called me a few hours later and offered me the job but for full-time and I start tomorrow🤣🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 won't He do it!!. God was telling me the whole time I was at the job to take a ton of notes and learn what I can for the next job. I'm like ok I'm tripping that can't be God because I only been there for 5 weeks lol.. He said thats all you needed. HALLELUJAH 🔥.Again we must trust His no just as well as when we trust His yes!!!! God got you sis trust the process!!

There was no policy/procedure manual, no job description, no detailed description of duties, etc. They hated that I wrote everything down. So the boss texted me and said I was underperforming. Just tuned into your channel for the first time and I could tell by the comment the lady made about not being able to keep someone was a NO GO for this position! Always, use the spirit of discernment and ask "how did this position become opened"? That will always give you a sense of whether it's a high turnover role or what is the real reason why it's hard to keep or get someone for that role. And also, pick the interviewer's brain and ask them to describe a typical day in that role? Because, what you're really doing is seeing how well they know the role, their body language on how they explain the role and if the role matches the job description. And lastly, ask if you can meet with anyone you would report to or interact with on a day to day basis. I guarantee if you do your due diligence with interviewing n meeting some of these people, it will save you a lot of frustration n time! All the best sis! ❤️

I even came in to get my laptop after going to the ER, at the same hospital I worked! So they weren't short handed. They fired me for being sick. Illegal to do in the state I live in. Short story is I sued them and won. The reason I sued them was because they denied me unemployment.

Well dang, Nesha. The bad news is they are so unprofessional and CROOKS. The great news is in your profession you'll get another job easily, plus you got your bag and slid on out. One day you'll be in your home doing something home decor and in the background on the TV you'll hear local business closed due to fraudulent illegal activity. SMH 🤦🏽‍♀️

Just happened on your channel...I had a similar situation with a job (not nursing but small office, my position had a ridiculously high turnover rate) and I have to say, not everyone can be a boss. Smaller businesses usually start out on the strength of that one person. When they go to grow the business and add on others, they lose touch with reality I think. Which is why your office had no timecard system or regulatory oversight. You have been given a huge break, by leaving when you did. You will have your choice of jobs, know this!

I thought you were one of the nurses from Tik tok nurses that were fired from L&D. I really wished I had met you when I was still nursing. You're beyond an exceptional nurse! Thank you for all that you do! You have no idea how many lives you touch, not just in your nursing jobs but especially in your youtube videos. God bless you and I beg you, please keep making these superior videos to shape the future of nursing. You're really someone very, VERY special!!!! Thank you for making a huge difference!

Thank you for sharing your story! I sometimes wonder what is going on behind the scene… you know how as a patient you sometimes catch a vibe…. I went to a dr’s office with high turnover for a while, I stopped going because of billing disagreements and the way he handled them. Shortly after his entire remaining staff quit and sued him for non payment of wages. I own my own business and ALWAYS pay my staff 1st, before any other bills or myself, which frankly isn’t ever a problem if you run your business right. Just goes to show that you can be smart enough to be a dr but not smart enough to know that managing an office and business is an entirely different skill set. Thank you!

Yes Nesha everything happens for a reason and we do often ignore the signs God show us. I'm glad you got out of there because something is definitely about to be revealed and God gave you an escape route. Poor management and way too much shade going on. I'm trying to figure out how super nurse is going to run and grow this business from Alabama 🤔😆

The previous nurse played you as well, she called the Dr. And spilled her tea..she wanted the doctor eating of her hands.. and got the mula she was wanting. But seems like it's a blessing though..when one door closes God will open a gate for you.. stay blessed 🙌 😇

These jobs these days are a whole new low….. smh. I been a nurse a long ass time and i am beyond over it. I’m PRN now which makes me feel better…… but they do not value us. They do not care how hard they try to work you as long as they don’t have to do it. They don’t treat people right and wonder why no one stick around. I will never feel sorry for them. Hang in there. It will be ok. You don’t need them.

I went through the same thing a couple years ago. I've been taking care of people at the time for over 25 years. I decided to work in a nursing home. After always work in private duty alone. Youngsters take off on the clock go eat go to the house leave me with the patients. But I was always the one getting something told to. I went above and beyond because I already knew how to do the work. But then I see sometimes I guess I was a threat. God made it to where I had a clean exit and I took it same like you. All the patients who liked me. Two houses no one would change them they full of pissed barely feed them right. And hygiene with the workers was terrible. After I would leave my morning shift job. And come there which was my second job everyone should be clean and watching TV full after 1:00. Don't you think. Some people just don't need that dream of taking care of people. U have to have a heart to.

You. Should report them. We learned this in Nursing school. You don’t just let people get abused and neglected. I have picked up the phone and called the State.
