Had Brakspear many times, usually comes in a 6-bottle collection of traditional ales. Not bad but not one that is good enough to try to imitate in home brewing.

Have you ever brewed anything similar to the Breakspear Bitter. I suppose it’s not easy to remember as I know you’ve brewed so much stuff. Ritchie A ( I am the person who keeps going on about Northumberland Brown Ale. The Wilko’s Sweet Newkie is much better.)

The John Bull Bitter and the Coopers bitter are both very...very good and well worth a brew.. :)

Love to but not brewed in about a month and have around 300 beers and wines left lol
