- Marcello luckexpress Marigliano was perhaps the lesser known of the three players to take Tom Dwan on in the Full Tilt Durrrr Million Dollar Challenge, but the Italian was the only one to come out on top. Here, he gets he better of Durrrr in a crucial hand in their clash.

Guys, these types of plays r more common than u think, if u really play regularly online and in raked cash games with strangers, ie not your typical home games..
@kuja900 Yea I know. He is supposed to have the goods more than 90% of the time there. But all I'm saying is that marcello must know that so all im sayin is that though his play is very well executed, it isn't the bluff of the century by any means. I'm sure durrrr would have found a call if that hand would've been run at least one time out of ten.
surely did you beat both Phil Ivey,Dwan,Isildur,Galfond and Lady Moustache playing without cards because you know everything right?
Btw, Marigliano said in an italian interview that his bluff was due to a Dwan's tell.. and btw everyone's good with Overpair has hard times with that action with that 8 at river..

@oilerfan726 Because it makes no sense to shove a bluff thats just like 48k more in relation to the pot. He is supposed to have some kind of goods there 100% of the time. It was insane.

yeh or my mate who i play pisses me off when he starts saying 'ive got to call' knowing he might be beat when its like no, you dont have to call, when your beat your beat so i dont get his logic there

yeh. its good to see it. But in my previous post i said i have a friend who is like 'oh its 20 more (into a pot of say 120), ive got to call. But i dont get his logic (and hell call with like mid pair or bottom pair) cos.. surely if your beat, your beat you know? so its just wasting an extra 20 (even if its on the river).it is also annoying when say you bet .. 100 into a 130 pot bluffing with say like 20 behind.. they re raise you the extra 20 and you have to do the uhm and ah fold lol

its such a powerful move re raising all in like that but boy when i do it i get a donk who thinks 'its only 40k more' or whatever the amount is and they call anyway lol

I like the play by marcello but I think the bluff is overrated. I think that it is easy to float both flop and turn. So why can't Tom call there? I understand that he apparently can never be bluffing there but isn't it kind of obvious that's why he did it? I think if that hand was played online, Tom would have called.
