The Time I Slammed at Black Hubba NYC

- Nearly a decade ago, me and the homies were skating at Black Hubba in NYC, and i got.... BROKE OFF! 2 sprained ankles at the same time. Enjoy the video of me going over some of the history about Black Hubba (Blubba) and reminiscing on the time i gnarly fall at this famous and legendary skate spot.
I know this is a really different video than usual, but I reallllly wanted to make a video for you guys because I am so grateful for 500 subscribers. I want to let you all know that we are going to be pushing even harder when the weather gets back to normal and the skate videos will be flowing! We will get to 1,000 subs in no time! Black Hubba in NYC is one of the most famous spots of all time and i am so lucky that i got to even try this trick, but mannnnn did i eat it LOL. 2 sprained ankles at the same time, i couldnt skate for like 6 months or even longer i forget tbh, but it SUCKED! Pretty bad slam, i remember my friends had to wheel me back to the train that day hahaha

That did look pretty brutal lol glad you’re good. A while back I had sprained my ankle like 5 times in one year. A couple of the times were really bad. I skated with a brace for an entire year after. It ended up being like a crutch for me tho so I wanted to get myself off it. Decided to do yoga every day since, just 10 mins a day. Like a skateboarding focused yoga. A good amount of ankle stretching and strengthening. Been working wonders. Just strengthen your ankle, and always warm up/stretch them before skating
