Regular Reminder that gunCO from mods like condition overload, galv savvy, etc. does not apply to enemies hit by the radial attack, only enemies directly hit by the projectile.
There is some Nuance to this though, I feel I should add, because it's not that Radial Damage isn't affected by CO, it's that enemies that aren't directly hit don't get CO. If you had a weapon that was entirely Radial damage, gunCO would still apply to the target that the projectile directly hit, but surrounding enemies wouldn't be affected by CO. Because of this, it's still often worth using gunCO on weapons with Radial attacks if they have small radial attacks, such as on the Laetum incarnon.
@theninjaguy2 yes. And tbh I find myself shooting eximus units in the face most of the time (same with acolytes) so gunCO helps a ton in those situations
Yes GS doesn't work on the explosion itself but it increases the damage of the primary mode (non incarnon). Up to you if you want it or want to replace it and just go for big booms
if you're using canonnade, with that much base damage wouldnt elementalist be better than blaze? it can buff the blast and heat damage on incarnon form
