58: Lord of the Years

Happy New Year!
As we think of the passing years, I thought I would play the 'modern' hymn that has become a classic, "Lord of the Years" by Timothy Dudley Smith and Michael Baughen.
I'm using my Opus 377 organ to play Salisbury Cathedral organ via Hauptwerk.

I have been told that TDS wrote this hymn for the tune 'Finlandia' (presumably repeating the last two lines). Obviously MB had other ideas!

Thanks for that. That's interesting. I hadn't heard that myself but it would certainly fit Finlandia.
