Heartbroken for her....child's father shot 9 times, aunt killed in the 6-person shooting, baby brother kidnapped, mutilated and beat to death, (by the favorite Uncle) then older brother murdered in the mist of trying to recover his baby brother is murdered by a close friend smh and all people involved showing up to the funerals...insanely evil shit!!!!

    How Patricia Porter is able to still be standing......it could only be God. I cried when she spoke of her baby brother Donnell because that boy was truly innocent, wasn't apart of the street mess and was truly collateral damage. Even though Patricia and her family didn't get the justice she believed she deserves....I'm glad she can breathe a little easier knowing Alberto Martinez is no longer in the land of the living.

    The interviewer sounds like he has a pre-existing notion. He may believe the family was in poverty and that once Rich started selling drugs it would be the first time the family is seeing money and material things. I like that she specified that when Rich got the car it was not alarming because it was something normal to her and that when AZ would buy her things it was not shocking for her because she had a good father who also showered her with gifts. she didn't stereotype her family.

    First off much respect to Ms. Pat Porter. Her strength from then in 1990 until now is remarkable. To have two brothers killed within a month and still keep her sanity is commendable. Stay strong sister and may the souls of your brothers rest in eternal heavens. Ps your still beautiful like from the Game Over doc.
    Vlad did okay job with this interview. He tends to repeat questions that we already know the answer too. We know the story. I think he should of got deeper to find out what was Rich n Azie like as a person.
    Rich knew the rules to the game just like Azie and everyone else involved in the game. When you playing the game at such a high level that also means the stakes are high. Azie survived Rich didn’t. Donnell’s kidnapping/murder didn’t need to happen. Women and children should be off limits because they are innocent and have nothing to do with the business.

    I have to give Vlad this one. He kept it more professional and respectful than I think I’ve ever seen him. And there isn’t many out there in the world that deserves that as much as this Queen.
    Ms. Pat~Thank you so much for sharing your and your family’s life with us when we as strangers have no right to it.
    You as a person and the way you communicate with such quiet Grace, and Class and Eloquence, even when or maybe ESPECIALLY when telling us the most horrific and tragic moments of your family’s lives-you have taken the paint off the gold bricks off the yellow brick road of the streets…you’ve taken the fictional sounding tale of the Legend of Rich Porter away from the Embellishers and put it back where it belongs-with the Porters. And the Legend can again be all you needed him to be-a son, a brother, and a young man with rare loyalty and huge generous heart for you guys.
    And perhaps most importantly, your voice has given your baby bro his voice and his name. ‘Rich Porter’s’ little bro was a PART of who he was/is. But Donnell Porter was also his own little man with his own dreams and interests and personality. And he so deserved to be here with you in more than Spirit. He sounded like such a cool little dude. Man! I’m so sorry. I do hope you find healing when you do share your life like this. I hope the good times fill you up and overtake the bad so you can laugh and smile and cry more happy tears than sad.
    Thank you for letting us get to know all of you the way that you have. You are such an inspiration. I would love to hear and see more of you in whatever way your passions call to you. I would watch, listen to, and or read anything you ever may decide to be a part of.
    Take care of yourself Ms. Pat. You’re such a beautiful soul.

  • @trulyashanti42
    @trulyashanti42 ปีที่แล้ว +21

    It's crazy how the drug game was back then, in the beginning people were living off good drug dealers who was making money and sharing it with everybody. There was little to no violence, then all of sudden when a certain type of drug hit the streets it was all over, then jealously started to happen, can't trust nobody it wasn't fun no more. Everytime I hear this story about AZ and Rich it brings tears to my eyes, because even though they sold drugs they were still genuinely good ass dudes. I feel her pain when she talks about her brothers after all these years. Donnell was the first turning point of the drug game of not trusting your own family. To take an innocent kid and torture him like that all, because the uncle was jealous and not wanting to make his own money is a true tragedy. I see how AZ changed his life after his close encounter of death, I would have loved to see what Rich would have been today. This story should be a lesson to anyone in the drug game there is 3 ways out, 1. Make fast money and get out, which no one never do because you become addicted to the lifestyle 2. Jail and 3. Death...... I couldn't be a drug dealer you are constantly paranoid and could never trust nobody.. I pray for her and her family and for everyone who lost innocent family members by the way of your choices in life. Only God can judge us. Pat thank you for sharing God bless 🙌 🙏🏽 ❤️
