Nowadays they dont have interviewers like this.. nor interviewees... The interviewers ask questions about sex life or kiss marry kill etc n other things that dont really give any insight of the interviewee or their views... N the interviewee the way the are dressed up.. especially with all the revealing... N fake laughs.. n not even answering the questions properly...

@@-GuruI don't agree with your unkind analysis at all. If he was free spirited, why did he get engaged and lead her on. Clearly, she told him she wanted a commitment from the beginning so he should have been honest and told her he is keeping his options open. Why did he get engaged and involve families? It was so mean and conniving of him. On top of that, he encouraged her to quit thereby ruining her life further. I followed their love story back in the day and it was absolutely heartbreaking the way he treated this lady, leading her on whilst also messing with other women. He should have been honest and not made false promises. Raveena is an emotional woman and he broke her. Think again before posting!

Raveena was the one who was treated the worst in all this. Akshay Kumar is one of the worst human beings I cam think of.

Watching these episodes, I realized that these past celebrities had so much grace and eloquence in their way of speaking. Their verbal ability sounded extremely refined and well put-together. And that is precisely what's lacking in today's celebrities, who cannot put a sentence together without cringeworthy fillers.
I noticed this exact same thing. But it's a bit strange because they had less exposure and less media to consume back in the day. If anything, the vocabulary should have just gotten more polished over the years

Watching this in 2018 and I'm glad that I did.. Back in 2002 when this interview was conducted she went through so much yet look at the way how she answered all the questions so well & confidently, how beautifully she carried herself back then, I just loved her for that.. Massive respect for such a gutsy lady! I wish we all learn a lesson from her love life that never to trust somebody blindly & never ever give up yourself for a guy

OMG! I found this beautiful interview of Raveena. She is such an intelligent woman. Her favorite quote is so related to 2019 JOKAR movie, where joker laugh out loud to deal with his painful feelings. " I laugh out loud when I am in pain". Wow! she is a special woman.. Aakshay didn't deserve such a good heart woman., thank god he is not in her life.

Yeah, definitely, she has got someone better than Akshay, but I feel that Raveena really loved Akshay a lot and has struggled to get over him over the years. I'm glad that she is happy now with her family.
Oh this is a gem. She is so elegant, articulate, ever so sweet, and talks sense. I guess one of the few self made actress in bollywood getting to the top by going through hard knocks. And some of the questions were not so well thought out (why do women want to sabotage their careers so easily?), most of them related to her relationships, could have kept it more light and fun.
I don't understand why women have to give up their careers if they want to get married , thats not fair ...infact they should pursue it as well like their husbands do ...Raveena sounds so amazing, by god's bliss , she is happy in her life today with her family.

I remember watching this show with mom and absolutely loved it! So dignified and graceful way of talking. I loved the way she approached her guests, asked questions and somehow absolutely loved the title song of the show. Totally miss it.
I haven't realized how beautiful Raveena is! None of the new actresses can stand next to her without looking ugly and plastic. Also, I think the reason why Raveena ended her relationship with Akshay was because he cheated on her. But karma is crazy because he ended up cheating on Twinkle, too ;-)

Some things do cut you deeply in life. I believe they were together for about 3 years, and she sacrificed so much for him only to be betrayed over and over again. It was very sad. I can understand the emotional pain she would have gone through. Akshay should have cherished her and even allowed her to work if that was her wish. What a jealous and backwards man he is. He has had a flourishing career and ruined it for Raveena. 😢
