How much are the owners jacking the price up from what they bought it?

Honestly, it would not matter if they bought it for one dollar and sold it for 5 million, it all comes down to what the comparable homes and the area are and that makes the home what it’s worth. You can buy stock for $.10 and sell it for $27, it just means you were lucky and maybe had some good common sense.
That home had a contract on it a few days after I made the video because it was so beautiful .

That is a villa style home. Most yards are small but it does have a fence which most homes don’t and can’t in The Villages..

No popcorn was on these walls.. it is very common is Florida to see an orange peel texture or a knockdown texture though.
