Hello! That's a great question! Here's some advantages the Xperia 1V has over the Xperia PRO-I
-Bigger battery (4500 vs 5000 mah)
-Brighter display (the brightness levels on the Pro-I are inadequate for sunny conditions)
-Better speakers (the speakers on the Pro-I lack depth and loudness)
-Better cooling system (chronic overheating issues on the Pro-I in hot and humid weather)
-Improved, efficient processor (tho the one on the Pro-I is still fine in 2023. Never complained about its speed, smoothness and processing abilities.
      -Optically stabilized zoom camera.
If these are important to you and don't live in a hot and humid climate, go with the Xperia IV. I believe in many regions some free earbuds are included as well. However, if you don't and can get the Xperia PRO-I for $1000US or less, it's still a great phone for 2023. I'm not seeing a big advantage with the new main sensor on the V compared to the PRO-I. Also if you're knowledgeable about using manual camera settings, can squeeze a lot more from the PRO-I's main camera too. You could also hold out and see if the PRO-II will be released later this year. I have a feeling it will be similar to the V but with improved cameras and cooling.

You should record in HLG mode with AE correction to minus on VideoPro. This fotoge looks really bad and overexposure.

Thank you for your recommendation! Actually it was doing fine until it started to overheat. You can see in the beginning of the video, there wasn't any issues with the footage until I mentioned it overheating. When the Xperia PRO-I started to get really hot, video and audio quality suffers greatly, hence the overexposure and footage looking bad. This can be seen in my other videos when the Xperia PRO-I starts to overheat. I don't recommend using it in temps 30C plus and in the sun to avoid these issues.
