I stood behind an illegal in my local surgery he could hardly speak any English no doubt a translator would be sent for, then i realised he is taking the place of a Brit , A Brit who like me worked and paid into the system and now cannot get a doctors appointment. They are not welcome here send them back. We are indeed full up !

The simple solution would not to allow Migrants here in the first place. I've waited over a month with raging toothache, I got to an emergency dentist who just filled it temperarily, that fell out a fortnight ago, I've been in agony and told I had to wait until 21 bearing in mind I'd been waiting for about 6weeks altogether, I can't talk My jaw is so painful, why are we being treated like we are a 3rd world country just left to literally rot! Get these 'People' gone from our country they are the cause of our failing health system, they are no better than scrounging criminals.

The ex PM of Iceland declared he did not understand why Britain was even bothering with Rwanda at all. He said we had a legal right to send them straight back to France and that's what we should do. The NHS and the Welfare State were established, originally, for a native population numbering up to 53m. Well, our population is WAY in excess of what the govt says at 70+m more like 90+. So yes everything is now stretched and at breaking point, and so is our patience and our tolerance.
Quite right a welfare state usually does not work with open borders.
Originally the welfare state was to help you out when you were between jobs. After six weeks it stopped, unlike the benefits system today where it’s a lifestyle choice for lazy people.

The man talking about the Calais camps is also, very misinformed. Those migrants that live in camps, do so out of choice for the simple reason, they do not want to claim asylum in France. From the moment they claim asylum, they are taken into the French States care and looked after in the same way as they are in the U.K.. But, if they claim asylum in France, they can’t claim it in the U.K., which is where they really want to be. So they camp by the port of Calais, in the hope of being smuggled across.
This also shows that IF they really were fleeing for their lives, they’d be more than happy to live in France. Jeez, most wealthy middle and upper class just love having a second home in France, so it can’t be that bad can it?

I was there a few times in the 90s, didn't stay long, just dropping off UN stuff, but having been to most of Black Africa I can say it seemed like one of the better ones. In my experience anywhere in Africa that isn't West is do-able.

As an Island Nation with much limited space and resources we cannot accept anymore migrants, legal or otherwise. The answer is employ more immigration officers. Get the migrants processed quickly. Send back the ones who have no right to be here and get the one with right to stay in employment and contributing to society the way the majority of British citizens do.

The Tories are certainly processing them quickly enough they are just letting them stay. Bear in mind that they came here illegally. So-called 'legal' migration which runs into hundreds of thousands a year should also be stopped. But if they’re migrants and have arrived illegally then it’s a moot point because it’s illegal. What are we processing other than that they’ve arrived illegally. It doesn’t matter how many officers are employed to work out processing because it still puts a message across that it’s an open boarder and they can pay gangs to cross. Everyone else has to use a passport and pay for it. It’s just covering a problem within other countries that won’t be resolved otherwise. In all other areas of how things are run within countries nothing is entirely free. We have ‘boarders’ on so many things we want and actually need. Anti capitalists live in a dream world.

You really should give these people anonymity. Too many places of employment are prepared to sack people for speaking in clear terms about this.
