Well done! Interesting to see just how well built those “older” tools were made. Glad to see you reused the bearings as there is no need to replace if they are still in good condition. Often the OEM bearings were/are of superior manufacture than those cheaply sourced today.
Finally!! I've been waiting for this for so long because I have 2 units, exactly like that with case. I need a guide to make like you do. Thank you so much for sharing.. MARAMING SALAMAT POH..
@@novavolks9652 I’m a professional mechanic and I use my Milwaukee ratchet everyday and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. I’ve never used the makita ratchet but just looking at it I can already tell I wouldn’t like it, the battery location and size is very bulky and makes it hard to get into tight spaces
Great video, I also like makita's tools, refurbishment is a job I like very much now, I hope my videos can be as wonderful as the Gear Show! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
not sure why you always leave the original batteries in there, they will leak overtime and cause corrosion. Its not hard to get them 3d printed or made out of wood
Were you from. My drenmel is not working. I'm in south Africa 🇿🇦. I only open it know is not working. Want to sent it to you if you are from south Africa 🇿🇦 😉
Чего там реставрировать то было? Рычаг включения починил и батареи на литий сменил. Нахрен не надо было нутрянку разбирать, там и так всё нормально было.

Great video👍
After long time waiting.... love from India ❤️❤️
Maybe I am wrong, but is this a first time you left original bearings? Why so?
Потому что инструмент и так был в порядке, кроме кнопки включения и батареи
Wow good observation.. I 🤔 that too but maybe the bearing was good enough to work well.. Made in Japan bearing is very Heavy Duty..
Which cordless ratchet is better, Milwaukee or Makita?

@@Starzz62 And for mid-entry cordless impact wrenches, would Dewalt or Milwaukee be better?

Good job mister well done
Takes it all apart and reuses the same bearings?

I think box battery can make 6 cell
And now I see why I was quoted £675 for a new one many years ago.
