Here I show you my homemade doors for my 2018 Ranger 1000XP.
I have alot of more things I made for it, but that will be on another vid.
My rear winch, rock guards, side lights, tire holder, fuel holder, etc...More to show you all Ranger owners....
Disclaimer. Why are OEM doors are expensive? Because they are tested to keep the lawyers at bay. My doors are not tested.

I like it. I have Seizmik soft doors on my 570. But theyre getting beat up in the overgrown trails. I was thinking of removing the fabric and using expanded metal to the existing Seizmik frame.

Great video!! Was wondering if those weld on door hinges have zerk grease fittings? And what size pipe did you use for the door frame?

I used 1/2 inch sch40 pipe and yes, zerks on them.

Where did you get the hinges from?

I got them from a local nuts and bolts shop. but any place that deals with fabrication. these are from Amazon

Its called a weld-on hinge. I used a 2" weld-on hinge (total lenght is 4 inches)
Available on amazon or any nut and bolt store. They come in aluminum or steel.
