I mainly did the shout off so i could bypass it if there was an issue but I also turn them off in the summer so I can use it as a fan. Thanks for watching.
Are you still liking this heater? I have the same side by side as you and am having issues with the front window fogging, and now, with the cooler weather, it freezes. I want to run ducting to blow onto the window, but I am not sure if this will provide enough air flow. I am also skeptical about buying one off amazon. Any advice helps, thanks!
You just hooked up to the lower and the upper radiator hoses right near the front differential correct? Why in some other video do they only hook up 1 hose by the diff and the other hose way back by the motor? Thanks
@@Offroadjeepin4x4 yes one is the supply and one is the return. I can’t say why they are running on to the rear of the machine. I have had no issues with this setup and I think this is how the inferno heater is installed.
I think they were 1" to 5/8" but is been a while since I did the install. I forget where I purchased them from but I know Inferno sales them. infernoheaters.com/product-category/accessories/y-fitting-splices Thanks for watching
I believe they were 1 inch and I found them somewhere online I will have to go back and look. They are metal but If I were to do it again I think I would buy the Ts that inferno heater cells. They look like a better quality.

It does but usually the coldest weather I ride in is upper 20s and lower 30s. Also I am use to riding ATVs and dirt bikes in the cold so it doesn’t really bother me. With a windshield I think it works fine but It is not going to roast you out. If you are looking for something that you can really feel the heat I would get something else or maybe install two since they are small. Thanks for watching.
All: please do not use a heater with the core in the cab. Any leak in the system could result in a horrible scalding and possibly death for the vehicle passengers.
Negative. The core is completely enclosed in the box, and with the low flow and low pressure of a UTV, you would be lucky to see a tiny drip of coolant if the system leaks.
Great job, dude. Love the idea of the shut/off!

my concern is will this lower engine temps below operating temps
No it shouldn’t it is not very big. The thermostat should maintain the proper temperature. Thanks for watching.
Any additional info or part number for the heater unit?
Here’s a link. Thanks for watching.

Does this unit put out enough heat for you? Are the motors powerful? Have you measured the output fan temp? Thanks.

You realize a lot of kids ride in buses with the rear heat.

Wait till you find out what’s under the dash in your car
All heaters have a matrix under the dash.
You must be from California. 😂
