Very cool, but there is plenty of empty space inside of that unit to integrate that hardware inside. What you have is a never version of BeoSound. Those used to have. Tape deck built in below the cd mechanism. Now it’s just a void which could house all that stuff.

Looks great, but at last shot I saw the cables are a bit low and touch the printwork. You can order this streamer for 70 euros nowdays.

The connectors to the board are included with the up2satream kit, the din plug must be bought separately.
Cool Addition, but could be much easier by connecting a Bluetooth or airplay device via aux, or is there any advantage of your Solution?
Hi Leo. Before this I used a Bluetooth receiver for a while but the range distance is limited and if not in use it shutdown. Airplay is only apple...and ehm...I hate Apple (sorry) XD.
This Technology is similar to the Sonos one, but cheaper, I can have the multi-room with the other devices in my house (you can watch "Wine Boom Box" and "Wifi outdoor stereo" from my other videos) and it work via wifi and always at your disposal.
Anyway to hook this up to stereo amplifier? Without using the stock speakers? There has to be an adapter available?
You want to use this sarebbe device on a normal amplifier instead a B&O?! You can use RCA in place of the din connector

does it work to wake up B&O devices from sleep playback starts, or do you have to turn on manually before streaming?
I have to turn it manually. All the device control use a proprietary protocol. I've tried with some smart remote but no one work. The only one should work was made by logitech but is very expensive and the don't produce it anymore.
Hi, will this let me both: play streaming music through the aux on my beosound 3000 and also then play the cd over my wifi network speakers or sonos speakers?
All correct except for the sonos, The arylic borad use a different protocol, all other network speakers must be the same

3) I have some rca jacks to cable input that I used to plug into the Aux to play records.. can this be used for in and out, somehow and connected to a sonos speaker or other wifi device?..i have seen the 5 pin to 4 rca jacks... can these be hooked up to a wifi speaker or wifi distributior
4) If answer to #3 above is no, can I purchase the device you made? What additional cables would I need can I purchase those as well?
5) What cheap multi room wifi speakers and app do you recommend… if sonos wont work?

For Both, I can stream music from spotify, for example, or I can listen the cd from my B&O to the other up2stream devices I have in my home!

Ciao, ho un apparecchio come il tuo collegato a casse esterne, volevo sapere come collegare il telefono alla cassa.
Ciao scusa per il ritardo nella risposta. Per collegare il cellulare se hai il modello di questo video puoi usare sia il wifi che il bluetooth ma in generale il primo avvio è via wifi usando l'app 4STREAM nel video del Wine Boom Box lo spiego
Ciao io non riesco a sentire nulla dall'ingresso aux, sembra che il volume sia bassissimo e si senta solo il fruscio delle casse. non so se sia un problema del mio beosound o meno
L'unico dubbio è che i collegamenti siano errati sui pin. Hai il mio stesso beo? Hai provato sui tutti gli slot d'ingresso uscita del beo?
@@CastelliOnAir io ho il modello prima con il mangiacassette, e non ci sono altri ingressi oltre a quello ... ho provato anche con un preamplificatore ad aumentare il segnale ma niente

Finalmente ho trovato te.....se mi puoi aiutare alla trasformazione di soundbar b&o modello beolab 7.1 con trasformazione aux Bluetooth/usb.Grazie infinite mi sono appena iscritto al tuo canale.
