It's been a week since I last received an email from them saying that they've received 3 responses from the character references I sent. I passed the final interview and the last process before the job offer is the character references. But haven't heard from them since. Thanks!

May I ask if the company still offers vacant work from home positions wherein they do not require that much years of experience or if they also offer jobs with no experience? and do they also offer any free trainings and assessment exams for fresh grads who do not have any knowledge in VA at all?

As for this particular site, they only hire in the Philippines. But there are other virtual assistant sites that hire Indians. I will make a content for it 😊

In my case kse, I'm not really sure kng active pa ang company na pinagtrabahuan ko 4yrs ago (that was my only work experience, nothing followed prior to that) and no one can really confirm and the employees na kasabayan ko (even the higher ups) are not working with the company anymore. I was able to reach 2 supervisors, 1 operations manager and 2 colleagues/workmates. I wrote them as my references. But I couldn't get hold of the HR, no one really knows how to contact him apart from Facebook na d naman dn sha nagrereply.. Do you think that's enough, the 2 supervisors, 1 operations manager and 2 colleagues as references? Na bobother ksi tlaga ako. 😔

20 to 25k per month po ung rate.. yung training which is in the 1st month is 10k
