When I saw the doors to the bedroom I immediately thought of that part in Lou’s renovation when Erin didn’t know why would anyone close their bedroom doors. 😂😂 I’m so happy you included that at the end. Also, I would immediately feel at ease when if I were to walk up the landing and the main bedroom. It just feels so cozy.
Erin has got to be by far the hardest customer the Three Birds have had! Laughing through this episode the whole time! I guess she’s right, it does need to be about how you will live in the space 😂😂😂

As someone living in England where it’s completely normal for everywhere except kitchens and bathrooms to be carpeted, I was surprised that everyone seemed so shocked by the carpeted landing lol

I live in England too but I guess it the different life style...I m guessing it s an indooor-outdoor living throughout the year...not something we can enjoy unfortunately 😢😢

Hey there! So, I've been on the Three Birds bandwagon since their TH-cam debut, and I've been loving everything they whip up. Now, I'm a Scandinavian guy, and their clean designs and creative flair really resonate with my Nordic love for minimalistic simplicity. But when it comes to their own homes, I can't help but reckon there's a bloke-sized gap in the picture. The individual homes are no doubt fantastic and gorgeous, but I can't shake the feeling they're crafting homes for themselves, not the whole tribe. Now, Bonnie's place is a bit of a unicorn - she's loaded it up for her boys, and that was an awesome journey to follow.
I guess I'm wondering if their respected husbands don't have opinions on interior design or if they lack decorating savvy. Even if it looks amazing, I do admit that I need just a bit of masculinity in their joint homes. I mean, I discuss interior design decisions with my girlfriend because we both want the best of both our personalities, and it would make sense that the Three Birds husbands have opinions as well.
I love them and what they do but that was my exact thought....their design is getting too girly. ... 😅
Erin’s husband sacrificing a functional grill was painful. I do think some of it is styled for the videos though. She mentioned there would eventually be a TV in their primary suite.
Their home is I guess prop styled for the before-afters. It will look more homie and colorfull when they move in with their personal stuff. Probably the perfect furniture placement, or the aesthetic decor will also change to more personal decor items once they move in. I understand them not wanting to nececarilly share those here.

I have loved and laughed through out this episode. I love that Erin got her dream space. Watching older videos, her dream has been realized, like the double vanity opposite the window in the colour me Hamptons she spoke about it. Plus loved the doors troll 😂

What‘s wrong with looking at a toilet if it’s closed, clean and in such a beautiful design? Also it seems beneficial to have it in an airy position with a good view for some entertainment 😉

Bathroom is the best I’ve seen in a 3 Birds renovation. It doesn’t have that Siena cathedral jello fruit salad of tile. The window is to die for. The rest of it is fine. I can’t imagine needing that much space for clothes but whatever.
Gotta give it to the people who did the construction. They did a pretty good job. This house is by far my fave renovation 😍

Freestanding baths in a corner are a nightmare to clean around. love the look, but going to try the new round back to wall bathtub instead ❤

Adore the 2 wardrobes... I'm interested to hear how the carpet wears over time. I'm always sceptical of new products too when it comes to project specifications. Beautiful home
The carpet on the landing and the design of that entire area feels intimate despite its size because of the material change. The change in material from hard to soft creates a zoning of the space as private.
So calming and serene and so beautifully simple and chic. A masterpiece. I love it!

Here in the UK, carpet upstairs makes sence as cuts down noise.
Only thing is with animals/kids those colours wouldn't suit at all.
Have known our cats, to walk through utility/kitchen/dinning room/upstairs/landing then still manage to jump on bed with dirty paws 🐾 😀

The rooms looks great as staged but I will leave my wife and marry the woman that would keep her closet and makeup station that organized. In reality, you’ll walk into a mess. That’s the reason that is not done more frequently.
