They'll see it coming n stack the box and the end result will be him getting hurt....he definitely needs some work on the mechanics side but he will be a monster player for the hogs....
Yea... No. We've been soundly beaten in most of our games. Coming in and providing a spark is something all our back up qbs have done this year. Being down late because the starter has been picking himself up and throwing picks has also been done all year.

As soon as chad realized the team we had and that we wouldn’t be a bowl team, he made the decision to grow KJ and save him for the last 4 games and next year and at this moment I couldn’t be happier with that decision. If you truly understand a freshman quarterback and realize that a bad season can ruin their confidence for the rest of their career, then you understand Chad’s decision too. Let’s get some wins to end the season and have some hype and momentum carried into next season with these star receivers.
YO, KJ might be the truth ya'll. He looks like a grown man out there. Great arm, even if the big pass was a couple feet too far to the inside, it was playable for the playmaker, and was a beautifully thrown ball. Cant wait to see KJ grow elite accuracy to go along with that grown man running, and cannon arm. From what he showed in that drive, we have something to look forward to. WooPig.
you could probably count the positive drives this season on two hands. the couple starkel had against ole miss. the fourth quarter against CSU. a couple that hicks had against A&M. and this one.
For those wondering why we didn't start Kj from the start of the season. It's because he is a redshirt freshman and they didn't want to lose his eligibility to be a freshman again next year. But he will start the rest of the way now, considering you don't lose eligibility only playing 4 games :)
I actively root for 5 college football teams: Florida State ( my favorite), Arkansas, TCU, Baylor, and Michigan State. College football is WAY more fun when these teams are good, plain and simple. KJ Jefferson could be the future at Arkansas. The year behind Franks being able to learn the offense of Briles and learn from Franks will benifit him tremendously
Morris wanted to red shirt him until next year when we had more stable offense line to protect him. And a better team. Some of the guys we were recruiting are huge. At the campus meeting some of these guys I was dwarfed. 6'2 220lbs I have never felt so small. Morris had alot of potentials and we need to support him and not scare some of these guys off like KJ.
K.J looks good, but let’s not get carried away. How many starters were in? It could have been a shock for the defense after not defending a running an all game. His running is good, but the pass to burks was a touch under thrown and burks does what he does. I’m not saying we don’t start him, but let’s not expect this every game only to have another disappointment from C.M.
