Yes, I would recommend the digital Bradley smoker. The analog smoker is difficult to control temperature unless you use a PID or fish tank controller... I built a PID and have used it on a few different electric smokers... I am currently filming with a Cuisinart COS-330 and am getting smoke at around 170 to 180, but it is a slow smolder.
I just bought a cuisnart and can’t smoke under 250 can that Bradley smoker smoke around 160
