I really appreciate the unpopular and uncommon teachings that you share on the channel, Lex. I love getting to think more about God’s justice, love, and His expectations for His people. God bless. 🙂
I have to tell you that being raised by the "churches of today " has always brought me a discernment in my heart and I never knew why. It always felt as mankind's way of selling God mainly by fear, I truly believe the Spirit led me to your channel and since watching it I now understand the word much more clearly than I ever did. All those questions of interpretation I had all my life knowing full well that something wasn't right about it all. Jesus has set a path and put those like you into the correct way to see it. My thankfulness to our Father for leading me to you. The Truth is so simple now. Thank you for taking the time to post your videos as they are great in the ways of Jesus!!! The difference he is making through them is just awesome!!!
Thank you so much for this revelation. I struggled with the idea that the second death was eternal torment. I reconciled this idea by telling myself they would all inherit the kingdom at the judgement but your idea of them falling asleep goes in hand perfectly with a vision I've had that lasted many days and nights. I forgot about that vision until you spoke those words. thank you.
I think maybe the torment of Satan and the fallen angels may be eternal (or until the end of all things), because they're spirit beings, and we're told that the Lake of Fire was prepared for them.
And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. - Revelation 20:10
Beast is a man, false prophet is a man (people) " And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." So if these folks are going to the same place the devil, beast and false prophet are going. That does not sound like complete destruction to me.
Mark 9:47-48 [47]If your eye causes you to stumble, throw it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, than, having two eyes, to be cast into hell, [48]where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.
Thank God someone is telling this world the truth. I'm one of these old Christians who study the Bible daily because I love Jesus and His Scriptures. Knowledge of the truth will set you so free to keep doing God's great calling He set before me. So many people to witness to with very little workers to spread the word of God. I still don't understand how Jesus had that passion for us sinners...so thrilled He did.
He is incorrect about the will of the Father. This is it: And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day. John 6:40
Scripture says “& the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever”. When he said there will be no more pain he means for the ones who make it into his kingdom.
This says their smoke ascends forever, not that they are tortured forever. Plus you are contradicting all the other scripture, including Yehusha himself, by claiming there is everlasting torture. The fire and the worms are eternal, not eternal torture.
@@princediamond85 No I called the spirit that influences you, satan. In other words, I spoke to the adversary. You didn't correct anything. You came to start a squabble in a year old thread when you should have minded your business.
Thank you Lex, for your presentation it has so much clarity compared with main stream Christian thought. I confess I also read your book, "Immortal". I would recommend it for those you may fell confused about life after death.
This is a very important lesson and I believe it can be used in evangelising to point out to those outside of Yeshua that if they have this misconception about the scriptures, then perhaps they hold more, and they may be inspired to at least seek their own view rather than dismissing the Word based on second hand scorn.
Well said brother Lex. However I think it’s time we address how the idea of eternal punishment came to be. Respectfully, we also have to address if it was caused by error in Scripture. Jesus said the worms don’t die. So that raises the question what are they feeding on if the wicked are completely destroyed. John wrote in the book of revelation the fire is unquenchable. He also wrote how the smoke of their torment rises forever. This again raises the question if the wicked are destroyed completely, what is the need of an empty fiery lake of worms burning forever?
If the wicked are destroyed, then their destruction is sufficient enough to equal the crucifixion of Jesus. No ones destruction will ever equal the horror of the crucifixion of Jesus. Therefore, we must pay the penalty ourselves and no amount of punishment on a sinner will ever match the punishment Jesus received, thus it goes on for eternity.
@@jointheir183 and where do you get the support for your statement that the wicked death will equal crucifixtion of are you just making that up based on your feeling?
Hello Lex. First of all, Thank you for all your teachings. I have learned many things from your videos. However, while we are still on this topic of eternal punishment, kindly clarify for me Revelations 14:9-11 if indeed it will be a one time death. I am still not fully convinced on this argument. Hope to hear from you on this matter specifically.
8 For the Lord has a day of vengeance, a year of recompense for the cause of Zion. 9 And the streams of Edom[b] shall be turned into pitch, and her soil into sulfur; her land shall become burning pitch. 10 Night and day it shall not be quenched; its smoke shall go up forever. Isiah 34:8-10 The exact same language is used to describe Edoms judgement. Is Edom still burning day and niight in a fire that cant be quenched? Is the smoke still rising forever?
Outer darkness, the smoke of their torment rises forever and ever and the second Resurrection shows a new immortal body. Jeremiah shows the resurrection of a physical body of the wicked and Isaiah shows that the smoke of their torment rises forever and ever. Perhaps you are severely mistaken.
Hey Lex! I enjoyed this video and appreciated your logic and the scripture that backed it up. I was wondering how you deal with the passage in Rev. 14:11, which says "the smoke of their torment goes up forever and ever, and they have no rest..."? The passage (14:9-11) is specifically referring to those who worship the beast. I know that Revelation is full to the brim with symbolism for sure and presents interpretive challenges. But it's one passage that sticks out in my mind as a hurdle with your thinking. Thanks for your time and the effort you put into your explanations!
Michael Henderson ~ Sorry, I know you addressed Lex but still wanted to weigh in: A. Compare Rev 14:11 & Isa 34:10 (same verbiage). B. Observe the setting for both & realize the nature of the [earthly] wrath which is being poured out. C. Don’t get too hung up on English translated phrases like “forever & ever”. The original Hebrew & Greek don’t always mean what you might think, based on interpreted translations. Often they just mean “until the end of such & such” (eg. age, punishment, etc etc). D. The smoke in Isa & Rev rising up & NEVER coming back down does NOT mean the objects themselves never stop burning. Much like an “everlasting punishment” is about the RESULT & not the process of destruction.
😲😲😲😲😲 Whattttt???!!?!?!?! This video just blow 🤯🤯🤯 up my mind. I have never heard something like this. wow. wow. But for so many years I have heard that ether you choose eternity in heaven or hell. But to See the hell is not what I thought. 🤯 Interesting teaching.

@@notbuyingit5698 "What type of God allows people to be tormented FOREVER for roughly 30-40 years of sin??" The same type of God that would allow His Son to live 33 sinless years and pay a cruel, humiliating death for billions of sinners year's of sin. Denying eternal torment for it being too harsh is trampling the blood of Christ. A sinner being tormented for eternity for years of sinning and rejecting his creator is no where near the unjust death of Yeshua. I deserve eternal punishment much more than Yeshua deserved the cross.
I FOUND YOUR GREAT PROGRAM AND I THOUGHT YOU MIGHT HAVE A FIELD DAY WITH MY COMMENT. I WAS BORN AND RAISED A ROMAN CATHOLIC. MY MOM WAS SURE I WOULD BE A NUN. WELL, THAT DID NOT OCCUR. I WENT TO A CATHOLIC SCHOOL, NEVER SAW A BIBLE, ONLY MY LITTLE BLACK MISSAL BOOK AND CONFESSION EVERY SATURDAY. WHEN A PRIEST FORGAVE MY SINS I WOULD HAVE TO SAY A THOUSAND HAIL MARY'S AND THE LORD'S PRAYER FOR NOT OBEYING MY PARENTS. INTERNALLY AND SPIRITUALLY, I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG. I FOUND A KJV BIBLE AND READ AND READ. TALK ABOUT UNLEARNING, I AM THE ONE. THERE ARE MANY WONDERFUL PEOPLE IN THE RC CHURCH AND I PRAY THEY FIND THEIR WAY. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR A GREAT PROGRAM!
..and the adversary said to Eve you surly will not die. People today still believe this first lie. You surly will not die; you will live in heaven or hell for eternity but you surly will not die. Yet, our Creator set forth a choice of life or death. Life or death. Not life in heaven vs eternal life in torment. The wages of sin is death. How does eternal life in hell equate to death? I must say I stand with Lex on this one.
. That has never made sense to me either the thought that you're dead because you're separated from God but you're actually conscious and can feel the pain of the fire in hell just doesn't make sense I don't try to make sense of everything in the word of God because no one can actually say that they have a perfect understanding of God's word but I strongly believe that many Christians come from a catholic religious background that we were taught that if you die and God finds you worthy you will spend eternity in heaven but if you were bad you will spend eternity in hell. I even heard many said that being dead means eternally separated from God but that doesn't hold water because the bible says it is appointed to men to die once and then the judgement that would mean that those that are not believers in Christ when they die in reality they were already dead so they're dying for a second time not once religion is something that satan still uses to keep us bound I can't say that I agree with Lex on everything but he's right on on many subjects and I don't think he's trying to cause division in the body of Christ like so many are doing here on TH-cam but biblically I have to agree with him on this one even though most of the Christians I know believe in eternal punishment I was like them for a long time until I study the subject more in depth and have to conclude when God says you're dead you're dead and is over you no longer aware or conscious of your existence.
@@max41050 The life here on earth is not the same as eternal life afterwards, so of course the death here on earth wont be the same either. Things of the spirit last forever. We are ALL made in Gods' image, therefore we will ALL live after death, the only thing different is where we spend that time and with what father you belong to will determine that. This is 101 basic christianity. I hope this helps a little. :)
God Himself comes to earth, lives a perfect life, is beaten, mocked, spit upon, rejected, forced to carry His cross, and hangs naked on it for me to be forgiven of my sins. It is trampling on all of that to say it is too harsh to send an unrepentant sinner into eternal torment. I deserve eternal torment much, much more than Christ deserved to bear the wrath of my sin.
Joint Heir ~ Great point about God’s love for us! Remember God is also wise & just. Yeshua DIED a substitutionary DEATH for us. He was NOT endlessly tortured. Our Messiah went through excruciating pain to save us & He wouldn’t hypocritically give humans a far worse punishment than the one He Himself had to endure. That’s how honorable & great He is! He leads by example & so He’s able to relate (Heb ch2&ch4). - Think about it. ~ Shalom!
@@messiahmedia2016 You do not understand the Holiness of God. You are overlooking the perfect spotless Lamb of God. It was a perfect, holy, loving God that shed His blood. Any small amount of punishment God would endure for sin is eternally worse punishment than a sinner who has declared war on God burning for eternity.
@@messiahmedia2016 Through His Word and His life we can understand that He is sinless and cannot be in the presence of sin and must punish sin. Do you doubt God is holy? I would say you don't. Did God deserve any second of His torture? Do you believe sinners holy? I would say you don't. Then any amount of punishment they receive is far less than what God received on the cross. It must take a long time to judge several billion people. Will they be all destroyed by fire together or will the Stalins and the Hitlers and the Maos and the Pol Pots (ad infinitum) have to suffer more than athiestic Granny with her cats?
I never thought about it, but perhaps you are right that the wicked will not be tortured for eternity. The Bible says that those in Christ shall get an incorruptible body and become immortal. It said nothing about the wicked getting an incorruptible body, therefore their body will be as frail as our present body which can be destroyed.

*Fantastic* description using scriptures to explain what this is. I just watched a video where a guy said Christian’s stand before God at the Great White Throne judgment 🤦🏼♀️ He read no verses as you did. Most don’t understand this plus, Christian’s only stand before God at the bema seat and our works is judged, but it for rewards. Some will lose rewards, but we aren’t condemned for our sins because Christ took that on the cross. I think this confusion of these two judgment seats is caused by the King James Version and others for not clarifying the word judgment in its verses. People read “judgment” in 2 Corinthians 5:10 and Romans 14:10 and freak out. When that won’t be a type of judgement for condemnation of sins or salvation. There’s two different judgment seats for two different groups: believers and unbelievers. Thank you and God Bless💜
The problem with placing the Great White Throne Judgement after a lapse of 1000 years, is that in a similar passage in Daniel, the Beast is still alive. See first Daniel 7:9-10 (Thrones set in place, Books are opened). Then Daniel 7:11 (Beast slain and thrown into the fire). Now go to Revelation 19:20-21 (Beast captured, thrown into the fire at the Second Coming). Then Revelation 20 (the end of the Millennium must therefore coincide with the Second Coming, so the events of chapter 20 must start back in time from where chaper 19 ends).
This sermon is mis-titled. The correct title is "Why I believe in annihilation" His claim is that some have been lied to by telling them that the wicked will be consciously alive forever in a tortured state.
May Jesus Christ give you strength and your children guidance, praise the good Lord Jesus, worship the mighty loving God, our Father who waits for us in heaven, Amen
Revelation 14:9-11 Describes those who worship the beast and its image as being tormented with fire and sulfur in the presence of angels and the Lamb. The smoke of their torment rises forever and ever, and they have no rest. (This verse does explain eternal torment)
Hi Lex - I really enjoy your videos - They have greatly opened my eyes to many things I have incorrectly taught in the past. I want to teach God's word as He meant it. QUESTION: I have seen in many of your videos that the unbelievers will be "destroyed" in the eternal (or everlasting) fire. Not tormented eternally. Help please to clarify Revelation 14:9-11 Where it seems to me to say that one who takes the mark of the beast will indeed suffer torment "day and night with no rest".
All the dead unbeliwvers will have to contend with the outer darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth, before they will be raised again to face the WTJ. It is a holding place for purging and purification process.
@@levis137 the rich man was in Hades not yet in the lake of fire. Rev. 20 says the rest of the dead did not rise yet until the thousand years. Where are the dead then. Jesus taught about the outer darkness. Peter taught that Jesus descended to the place of the dead to minister to those in PRISON. So what is unbiblical with what I said? Mercy Killing? is it of God or of satan? Death Penalty? We do have death penalty in our justice system. Presidents can pardon a person sentenced to death.
Truth spoken. Yah be praised. Thank you. Purim is approaching....the spirit of Haman (anti Christ) is alive and well, still trying to destroy God's people. Everyone be in prayer and alert.
The best argument for people being tormented in the lake of fire for eternity, is that the people thrown into it have been resurrected with new bodies. The same as those who live forever in God's Kingdom.
However, I do not think the new bodies are the key to eternal life. I think the key to eternal life is is a gift God gives the ones He blesses. So. That arguement falls apart.
Revelation 20:10 tells us that the devil, the beast, and the false prophet will be tormented in the lake of fire day and night forever and ever. There is no ground to believe that those who are cast into the lake of fire at the judgment of the great white throne will just vanish and cease to exist. And how would you explain the "eternal fire" and "eternal punishment" in Matthew 25:41,46?
Thanks for all your informative insight into what the scriptures actually are conveying. But why then does it say in Revelation that whosoever receives the mark of the beast will be tormented day and night and the smoke of their torment will ascend up forever and ever? This has always puzzled me. Can you please give me a comprehensive understanding of what this actually portrays??
It also says in many, many places that those cast into the lake of fire will be tormented forever. After the 2nd death, we who are in heaven will never see or hear of sin again and neither will we remember because the former things will have passed away. Matt.25:31-46. Mark 9:42-48. And many other places both in the Old and New Testaments.
The smoke of their torment is evidence of a fire that burned not currently burning. Which smokes more, a roaring fire, or a fire that has been extinguished? It's called the 2nd death for a reason. They're punished and then dead forever.
Timothy Piatt understand, the mark of the beast is simply an expression of the people who will not, despite their free will, accept, knor ever accept every moment of every day YHWH through Messiah, our teacher and way to YHWH eternally. this acceptance is the foundation stone within you and the world, filled with Holy Spirit a place of milk and honey, the building block of the new temple that has no material bricks. Within you, within us all is the stream, and collectively, the river of life within you and us All. A chapter for you All, here and now, Psalm 46❤🙏👣🌈🔯
Not an ear tickling message, nor should it be...Thank you, Lex. Preach the Word "I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry. For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
This is basic theology although he may not be correct on all things such as tithing I think there is a lot to learn from this man Lex who is giving us words of scripture which are the words of God
What is your take on revelation 20:10 where it says the devil will be thrown into the lake of fire with the beast and false prophet where they will be tormented day and night forever. Am I missing something? Truly looking to unlearn lies if need be. Thnx
That scripture clearly says the "devil and the false prophet. It doesn't say men. The devil unlike humanity deserves to be tormented forever because of the damage he has caused to creation.
Dennis Dier ohhhh snap! Thanks Dennis. Suggestion to Lex: you should probably have addressed key verses like this one in your vid. Or a better suggestion is to do a follow up vid about this. Because there are quite a few verses in the Bible that talk about being tormented day and night forever. I enjoy your content keep them coming.
and since we are mentioning hell. in the old testament authors say that God will save their soul that is in hell. and many more verses that make hell just a place for the dead. but its not a place for punishment. now when you read in new testament words are added to describe hell like fire. well there are big changes but you have to consider firstly that old testament was written in hebrew and translated old english or whatever kjv is. and new testament was greek to kjv. now you need a concordinance to find out what the original word was. i do have one , you can download them for free by the way. ill give you the original words if you would like them.

2 corinthians 5:10 For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad. For we all must stand , does this not also apply to those that are also good , since we can't judge our own hearts rightfully?
2 Cor 5:10 says that we will all stand before the judgement SEAT of Christ. This is not the same as the great white THRONE judgement. We are SEATED with Christ, and we will be judged BY Him for what we have done here on earth, good or bad. The great white throne judgement is for the unbelievers. ;)
Why the Millennial Reign should not be taught! 1) It’s only found in 1 chapter of Revelation 20:2-6 2) Nowhere is it mentioned in the Word except Rev. 20:2-6 3) The Father, Son, Prophets, and the Psalms do not mention a thousand year reign of our Messiah (In proper context) 4) It’s built on a false teacher who was a Jewish Rabbi (Cerinthus) from the first century, and he didn’t believe in Yashua HaMashiach 5) Many “scholars”, and I use that loosely, have pulled scripture out of context to build this false doctrine, instead of using scripture that says it’s describing a “thousand year reign”, which there’s none except Rev 20:2-6 6) There’s only ONE WITNESS to this thousand year reign, and not two or three witnesses… 7) If the thousand years were symbolic then that would match what the Word says, “He reigns forever”, and “This world is not His kingdom”... 8) Flesh and blood can’t inherit the kingdom of our Elohiym 9) Yashua was the final sacrifice, and He’s the Temple and High Priest 10) The Word teaches the second coming is “Judgment Day”, "at His appearing" 11) It’s what the Jews always wanted, a king to reign on earth where they are over all the Gentiles, and go back to a ceremonial sacrificial system that was to be a shadow of the coming Messiah, but it’s not our Elohiym’s desire or plan 12) There’s much more, but I think you get the point 13) If you want to understand this “Millennial Reign” then use what is taught on the latter days, and how they fit this, to understand the words of John
I've always heard about "eternal torment" for the sinners. I grew up listening to this idea, thinking that sinners will burn for all eternity. After watching this, it made me realize that I've haven't really been reading my bible correctly. What i grew up learning were lies. Its scary to know just how many of us believers are believing the wrong things. 😖
But the bible says in Revelation 14.11 " And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name". It's very clear that they will be tormented day and night, forever which is why we are thankful for the Gospel. Many other scriptures say it's eternal and if u read the scriptures, it doesn't seem like it ends.
Thank you for this video! It was very informative...but i am still somewhat confused about "the afterlife" will you please explain the scripture that mentions "WEEPING AND GNASHING OF TEETH" i think that the scripture is Luke 13:28 please help me to understand this because this sounds like an ongoing neverending event...i am searching for The Most High!...HELLLP!!!
I suggest letting the bible define itself. It seems that the common usage of the idiom of gnashing one’s teeth is anger. Weeping and gnashing of teeth would therefore seem to be indicative of sadness and anger. Perhaps there may even be weeping because one is besides themselves with anger. Job 16:9 - Job talking about God’s apparent anger and hatred towards him: His anger has torn me and hunted me down. He has gnashed at me with His teeth; My adversary glares at me. Psalm 35:16 - King David referring to his enemies: Like godless jesters at a feast. They gnashed at me with their teeth. Psalm 112:10: The wicked will see it and be vexed. He will gnash his teeth and melt away. The desire of the wicked will perish. Acts 7:54 - Describing the unbelieving Jews and their angry reaction to Stephen: When the members of the Sanhedrin heard this, they were furious and gnashed their teeth at him (NIV). In each of these instances, gnashing of teeth represented anger, not pain or suffering. In one passage, it was God himself who was said to gnash his teeth!
Help me understand how the so-called Jews fulfill the Ch28 of Deuteronomy when they were never taken by ships into Egypt(bondage) slavery and scattered to the four corners of the earth as scripture tells us? Why are they claiming to be descendants of the Israelites when this never happened to them? Maybe Rev2:9 and Rev 3:9?

So many people to witness to with very little workers to spread the word of God. I still don't understand how Jesus had that passion for us sinners...so thrilled He did.
He is incorrect about the will of the Father. This is it:
And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

@@jointheir183 i agree something about this teaching from lex doesn’t sit well with my Spirit
8 For the Lord has a day of vengeance,
a year of recompense for the cause of Zion.
9 And the streams of Edom[b] shall be turned into pitch,
and her soil into sulfur;
her land shall become burning pitch.
10 Night and day it shall not be quenched;
its smoke shall go up forever.
Isiah 34:8-10
The exact same language is used to describe Edoms judgement. Is Edom still burning day and niight in a fire that cant be quenched? Is the smoke still rising forever?
Another Excellent teaching as usual brother!

I do continue to unlearn the lies here. Yahshua bless you
Matt 25.46 Lord Jesus does says about eternal punishment.
"And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
Second death is eternal punishment.
Thank you. I've also believed for a long time that the unsaved would be destroyed not eternally punished.
Please keep making these great informative videos.
Michael Henderson ~ Sorry, I know you addressed Lex but still wanted to weigh in:
Thank you and God bless you and your family Lex stay strong Warrior

Denying eternal torment for it being too harsh is trampling the blood of Christ. A sinner being tormented for eternity for years of sinning and rejecting his creator is no where near the unjust death of Yeshua. I deserve eternal punishment much more than Yeshua deserved the cross.

WHEN A PRIEST FORGAVE MY SINS I WOULD HAVE TO SAY A THOUSAND HAIL MARY'S AND THE LORD'S PRAYER FOR NOT OBEYING MY PARENTS. INTERNALLY AND SPIRITUALLY, I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG. ..and the adversary said to Eve you surly will not die.

@@messiahmedia2016 You do not understand the Holiness of God. You are overlooking the perfect spotless Lamb of God. It was a perfect, holy, loving God that shed His blood. *Fantastic* description using scriptures to explain what this is. I just watched a video where a guy said Christian’s stand before God at the Great White Throne judgment 🤦🏼♀️
He read no verses as you did.
Great teaching! Thanks!

All the dead unbeliwvers will have to contend with the outer darkness where there is weeping and gnashing of teeth, before they will be raised again to face the WTJ.
It is a holding place for purging and purification process.
VERY FALSE DOCTRINE! Totally unbiblical.
@@levis137 the rich man was in Hades not yet in the lake of fire. Rev. 20 says the rest of the dead did not rise yet until the thousand years. Where are the dead then.

But why then does it say in Revelation that whosoever receives the mark of the beast will be tormented day and night and the smoke of their torment will ascend up forever and ever? This has always puzzled me. Can you please give me a comprehensive understanding of what this actually portrays??
It also says in many, many places that those cast into the lake of fire will be tormented forever. After the 2nd death, we who are in heaven will never see or hear of sin again and neither will we remember because the former things will have passed away. Matt.25:31-46. Mark 9:42-48. And many other places both in the Old and New Testaments.

2 corinthians 5:10
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each of us may receive what is due us for the things done while in the body, whether good or bad.
The great white throne judgement is for the unbelievers. ;)

Very Good Video.
Why the Millennial Reign should not be taught!
1) It’s only found in 1 chapter of Revelation 20:2-6
2) Nowhere is it mentioned in the Word except Rev. 20:2-6
3) The Father, Son, Prophets, and the Psalms do not mention a thousand year reign of our Messiah (In proper context)
4) It’s built on a false teacher who was a Jewish Rabbi (Cerinthus) from the first century, and he didn’t believe in Yashua HaMashiach
5) Many “scholars”, and I use that loosely, have pulled scripture out of context to build this false doctrine, instead of using scripture that says it’s describing a “thousand year reign”, which there’s none except Rev 20:2-6
6) There’s only ONE WITNESS to this thousand year reign, and not two or three witnesses…
7) If the thousand years were symbolic then that would match what the Word says, “He reigns forever”, and “This world is not His kingdom”...
8) Flesh and blood can’t inherit the kingdom of our Elohiym
9) Yashua was the final sacrifice, and He’s the Temple and High Priest
10) The Word teaches the second coming is “Judgment Day”, "at His appearing"
11) It’s what the Jews always wanted, a king to reign on earth where they are over all the Gentiles, and go back to a ceremonial sacrificial system that was to be a shadow of the coming Messiah, but it’s not our Elohiym’s desire or plan
12) There’s much more, but I think you get the point
13) If you want to understand this “Millennial Reign” then use what is taught on the latter days, and how they fit this, to understand the words of John
If you believe in annihilation you still are
But the bible says in Revelation 14.11 " And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name".
Job 16:9 - Job talking about God’s apparent anger and hatred towards him:
His anger has torn me and hunted me down. He has gnashed at me with His teeth; My adversary glares at me.
Psalm 35:16 - King David referring to his enemies:
Like godless jesters at a feast. They gnashed at me with their teeth.
Psalm 112:10:
The wicked will see it and be vexed. He will gnash his teeth and melt away. The desire of the wicked will perish.
Acts 7:54 - Describing the unbelieving Jews and their angry reaction to Stephen:
When the members of the Sanhedrin heard this, they were furious and gnashed their teeth at him (NIV).
In each of these instances, gnashing of teeth represented anger, not pain or suffering. In one passage, it was God himself who was said to gnash his teeth!
