When jinx came out as a character in league, was right after Vi, and there was this one rumor that the "sister in her lore was vi" altough her lore never actualy said Vi was her sister. the rumor came from inside Riot, but no one officially said anything about it, Jinx came like a rocket to the game, being one of the most popular champions on release, her music video its one of the most viewed, so inside the community there was always this hype for some clue about it, big part of the hype "Arcane" is having right now is in due part of this.
I'm fairly sure the actual characters are all 3d models but are textured in a very painterly/drawn way, and a lot of the effects that are drawn onto the screen I believe *are* 2d/hand drawn to give it that more cartoon/comic vibe instead of full 3d. It is a similar style as Into the Spiderverse. I'd guess that Vi is older, by probably 4-5 years which explains why she is significantly taller in a lot of the scenes. I think later when they are both grown up Vi is probably still a bit taller but not as much as here where Vi basically went through her main growth spurt already and Jinx has not. Also, I don't think we have an official confirmation yet, but the kid with the white hair that is around Jinx a lot is most likely Ekko, who they gave a skin/design for in True Damage. His base/default skin has white hair and he has lines in the games that indicate he knew Jinx before she was crazy.
That last part of JID's verse always makes everyone to keep quiet... to be fair that's how it was designed to be

im so happy u finally reacted to it, also yeah, its ekko, well its not confirmed yet, but all of us are pretty sure its 100 percent him, and cmon ur very good at the lore of league, if u want a video explaining the lore of the place where arcane will be, atleast a summary, to ready someone up before the series come, i recommend watching "Dinka's" video, just recently posted, a video to make you prepared to atleast have an idea on how the world of piltover and zaun and its people work, if u want, im pretty sure u already know, but if you want, u can watch it on ur own time, same goes to others, if anyones still quite confused and curious on what the history of the place where the series arcane will be, i really recommend watching it

If you didn't know, that crew in the bar the avatar of imagine dragon in lol world, the monkey is in the first trailer of jinx trailer, and that bike with ek ko is also refrece to jinx cinematic, jinx eye is blue, but in reality it's purple , end of story it will become purple cause she will go mad.

During arcane, Act 1 : I believe Jinx was about 8 or 9, Act 2-3 : Jinx is around 15-16 y/o... Pretty strange, but it does explain some of her behavior in the series

Jinx and Vi are either around the same age or VI is slightly older (1-2 years max). Vi is a lot bigger than Jinx tho. Ekko should be a good deal younger than them both. I'm talkin five or ten years.
LOL could have changed all that for the show though. Could have been reckoned a long time ago... I dunno.
Another thing that I am noticing is that they are changing Jinx in general. Jinx has always been a psycho but it was more about fun than anything else. This Jinx feels way more dangerous. My guess why they are fighting is that Jinx went way to far doing something... killed someone... something... like that.
