I wonder if RTD and Ncuti and Millie will be at the US Comic-Con with a trailer or some news. That would sure boost the excited US fans. Plenty of Americans love the show and are looking forward to the 60th and Ncuti's and Millie's turns as the Doctor and Companion.
If you mean Comic-Con International in San Diego this July, RTD did say he will try in a recent Doctor Who Magazine with David Tennant pulling double that day as he's currently filming Good Omens Series 2 with Michael Sheen and I think it's too early to see Ncuti and Millie, besides they might be busy wrapping up filming Series 14 then. So, next year's Comic-Con International will be the best time to see them all and I am certain that traveling around San Diego on a shuttle that would take you to and from the convention would be easier than taking a train smh 🤷♂️🤦♀️...

Yeah was my 4th time doing Telford and have learned since the 1st time when I missed my flight home and was stranded that the travel in the area is awful. I've since booked later flights and stayed over a night after the con to reduce my drama home. The con was good but it's made my 2007 crush on Freema a thousand times worse as she's adorable lol
"Without some sort of travel woes." -- LOL, I hear ya. The Uber app keeps randomly changing my home pickup pint from month to month or so, no matter that I have set it for my apt door. So it will try to put me at the highway near my apt. (not a good pickup spot when you're handicapped) or a couple of other places, and dang, it's harder now for me to see on a map. So several times lately, I've missed a cab and had to call a neighbor to take off work early or on days off. Not cool! So far, I haven't discovered any way to fix this. It insists on resetting it, even when I change it back. Infuriating and very discouraging. -- Or the time a cabbie wanted to drop me off in the middle of an esplanade between multiple lanes of a highway. Uh, no? (I had to get I'm to take me back to where he'd picked me up, he refused to take me to my destination. Just very strange, that day. Boy, were they surprised to see me back at the pickup point, too!) Sometimes it's funny, sometimes it's just aggravating, sometimes truly maddening or discouraging. Or weird. Thankfully, never unsafe yet. -- So good luck getting around. Very relatable. Able drivers don't know how lucky they've got it until they have to try it too.
Yeah, having a friend or relative as an advocate is a good thing. Being totally on your own can be super stressful at times, smooth sailing at others. -- Hope your new chair and battery arrive very soon and all is working fine. -- Hey, idea, is there a way to check if the charger is bad? Or get a new charger as a spare? Might be something to check, if you haven't already. (I haven't dealt with an electric chair before, but I dealt with an old-fashioned regular wheelchair for my grandmother for a while. I never felt very expert with it, even though I had expreince by then.) I've had paraplegic friends and folks with CP, one who got past most of the symptoms once he became adult, but don't know what happened later. Cheers, and you do a great job of representing what we folks with disabilities can do when given a chance. (currently still dealing with getting benefits set up, just maddening, with transportation and budget a bad issue.)
Paul McGann is one of the sweetest men ever!!! Got to see him in February and just enjoyed every minute!!!

Public transit in the US also horrible for wheelchairs.
UK transport monumentally inefficient for wheelchair users.
