I have never met tetso sisters nor do I listen to their music. But as far as I can see they are doing pretty well and they are so confident and natural with the renowned guest in our small humble Nagaland. @@k91221 Nagalim= greater nagaland. It comprises of nagaland, Manipur,Burma,Assam and Arunachal naga dominated lands. It's still not a country yet, but our freedom fighters are still in talk with Indian govt and Burmese govt for it. India has already signed a ceasefire with NSCN and other various naga freedom fighters groups and NSCN is in full control of naga dominated lands in Burma(Burmese Soldiers cannot go near there) we're just waiting for Burma to recognise the breakaway region as officially a part of nagaland.
The Naga cuisine deserves more attention from the world for its ethnic and exotic dishes. I hope this video is just the start ❤

Not exotic for other North easterns, its quiet common across NE,Burma and SE Asian countries.
I'm a khasi and i have naga cousins because my aunty got married to a naga. What i want to share is we hill people we share a bond which is very different.

In entire northeast naga cuisine topped among all..i love naga food.
There is no particular Naga cuisine... there are Angami cuisine, Aao cuisine, Lotha cuisine etc which are distinct from each other.
That particular kind of cuisine isn't limited to Nagas. Its quite common across other NE folks.

It’ll be more interesting if you visit a traditional homestyle somewhere in more remote area and it would’ve been a table flipping experience.
If u haave noticed, most videos done are made in relote villages. Doesn't hurt showing the urban side. It shows how we still embrace our culture.
The food showcased here is authentic Chakhesang cusine. This is what would be served to guests even in the heart of the Chakhesang villages.
I am from manipur and I am getting to feel that naga from nagaland should remain nagas they have unique culture and unique cuisines .....which they need to preserve ....

When I visited the roads were under construction, It literally took more than 4 hours, I had to closed the car window because of the mud. The distance is 50 km but yaa its uphill so it takes time. I hope it is improved. Lot's of folks didn't make it to Hornbill just because of the roads. Else Nagaland will see much boom in tourism than Shillong. You got Dzkou valley Boss. Something which is unique in whole North East.
Now the highway is like butter 🧈 😂

Come to Mon, Nagaland if u are interested to explore more of authentic Naga cuisine or our traditions or anything else.
Mon has authenticity but Kohima has modernized version which appeals majority audience.

Cause I don't know what's the modernised version of our traditions and cultures. I would want to know it too😅 if it all there's a modern version as such than I won't even call it a modern version but rather a fusion of culture and traditions.
The whole modern concepts does not really go well appropriately with our old traditions or so, cause they are age old customs and will remain the same.
