      Look, it's very simple and easy, I've already got this one figured out completely.
      One word:
      Marathon.
      Eventually you'll get to see these and think "nice" whereas if you hadn't desensitized yourself you'd be like "OMG THAT LOOKS SO GOOD I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE" and so on. Often and steady supply of food videos for weeks on end is key, and you'll learn a thing or two as well.

    The base is nice like a brownie, soft very good. In the small form instead of flour I put cocoa. Thank you very much chef 👍

    Which style of stand mixer do you prefer, the one in this video or the cream coloured one you've used in other videos? The cream coloured one I mean is with the two whisks that revolve around the middle of the machine, and nothing is on top of the bowl. Does it depend on what you're doing? Please let me know!

      If you look through it again the bigger one with the mold, when he took it out the center was completely runny. You’ll just cool it, remember that’s high quality chocolate so it’s still good runny. If you want that cooked the cake itself might turn rubbery

    I hope someone can help me especially Bruno or one of his long time followers. There was a molten lava cake recipe on his channel and website before that I used to make, but sadly I never saved it and it disappeared. I have the ingredients but I don't remember the temperature to set the oven to. I see the recipe to thos video states 180 but I feel I remember it was higher than that. I hoe someone remembers and can help me. Bruno where is thag amazing melt in the mouth recipe 😅 this one is fantastic but the other was fast, easy and foolproof ❤

      I came here searching for that recipe too. Fortunately, I have screenshots of it that I took in 2016. It says bake at 450*F (230*C) for about 10 mins .

I just wish for this recipe to exist again it was phenomenal, I had been lookin for years for a great molten cale recipe and that one was IT. thank you again for the reply

    you can fill the crunchy praline as well in small silicon moulds and freeze, then put as center inside the chocolate batter and bake.
