- The Accord is a midsize sedan from Honda. On the outside of the sport touring you will discover 19in wheels, full LED lighting and sunroof. On the inside you will be greeted by a leather interior. I really like the simple, clean design of the Honda vs the Camry. My 1st Accord was in 1979, then 1984 and 1991. A stunning evolution.
I have a 24 Accord Touring and really love it. I like the design. It’s not the Accord’s best ever styling but far better than 2007-2011.
I’m waiting for the refresh next year. They need to add a few more options and features as well as illuminated lighting. And change the wheels for the touring and then I will consider it. Nice watch Joe.

While I prefer the styling on my 2018 Accord 2.0T Touring over the more generic styling of this model, it would be nice to improve my MPG by roughly 40%. I also like the fact they haven't made radical changes to the interior and have kept the physical control knobs. But, that 2.0T engine in my 2018 sure does make for a fun driving experience...

It’s worth it to stay with the current car. Extremely fun to drive and proven to be reliable as can be. Plus it looks damn good. You might as well keep your current car and eat the cost of gas

Let me tell you, I felt the same with my 9th gen…I was totally against this model until I went and test drove it and fell completely in love. The refinement of the 11th gen is near luxury that the 9th or 10th had. I pulled the plug and don’t regret it whatsoever.
I just purchased mine 2 weeks ago and coming from my 9th gen that I LOVED I am completely happy with it. I got the Canyon River Blue EX-L and it’s almost like driving luxury compared to my old Accord. I would never buy a Camry.
I also own the same color EXL. It's a beautiful car and it drives great but let me ask you, how do you feel about the seats? To me they seem narrow and not that comfortable. It's my only complaint about the car.

I’m a long time Honda supporter, but not a fan of the new accord. I know someone who works for Honda in my area he was told for next year Honda is going to redesign the accord hope they make it better
Same. Peak for me was 2016. I'm hoping for that redesign you mentioned. They have made a lot of changes, repeatedly, last 10 years in engine offerings, transmission, seems they are having trouble with deciding what direction to go with the Accord. I hope they get it right, Accord is a great car.

Joe, I have an old school aesthetic for sedans. For, I always preferred the classic lines of last gen Passat. So in that vein, I appreciate the Honda Accord over the Camry or Sonata.
In person, the looks are great in my opinion. I get compliments on it all the time. Has an Audi S7 vibe
A better styling for sure in rear than previous generation model with them stapler looking rear taillights.😆

I cannot wait till they redo that exterior. The interior is Honda good. One thing I can say about Hondas is my hands quickly know how to operate everything. If Honda ever makes ladies one day I'll be a lucky man.

As a long time Accord buyer(5 to be exact)this generation is fine from the side and rear view. Front end definitely needs a redo. I probably won’t buy another because it’s too low for me. Add to that to expensive to not have AWD and pano sunroof. Joe exceptional reviews as always!

Right the Toyota Camry you can get AWD which is a great thing for people that want to stick with a midsize sedan the Toyota, sienna is a wheel drive, which is a minivan. I don’t understand why the Honda Odyssey is not all-wheel-drive yet.

2018 Accord hybrid owner and I love it. Till range anxiety is not a thing I will stick with a hybrid.
I love the look of this accord and if it had a panoramic roof and more power around 250-275, I would trade my 2020 Nissan Maxima Platinum. Great review Joe.
My dad bought a ‘25 Accord Hybrid Touring in October of ‘24. He is loving it! I drove it extensively for a long weekend trip back in December. It’s very refined and so smooth. He was averaging around 43 mpg until it turned very cold. It’s dropped a bit since then but we’ve got some milder weather ahead so I’m expecting it to start climbing again. Very roomy and very comfortable. Yes, the styling is bland but it is a great car overall.
43 that's weird I was expecting more since I'm getting 42.9 in a 2023 hybrid accord

Researched everything to the extreme, drive 95% highway and got the 2025 Accord 1.5T SE. It's GREEEEEAAAATTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and that's coming off of 3 M3's and 2 M5's. Oh, and can't believe I'm saying this, but like the CVT. I know.

I decided to get the Accord. It just feels so much better to drive. Also the seats are much more comfy. No AWD is kinda painful, but not a dealbreaker.
Nice to see Ford brought back the Ford Taurus it be be great to bring back the Crown Vic tho
I am a big fan of the Honda Accord . I had three of them. I still have one. I have become a fan of the new design slowly, not exciting outside , interior is great.The Accord still a great vehicle, maybe a trade in in a year?

Had a 2020 Sport 2.0t. Loved it except for the most uncomfortable front seats. I'm 6"3 250lbs. They are hard and small and car sits so low it hurt me everyday for a year. Last week i bought a 2020 Toyota Avolon. It makes the Accord feel cheap. The seats are so Lexus comfortable and it's a much bigger car. Sold the Accord a few days later. Don't miss it at all.
Backseat make-out sesh is top priority on my list of features for my next car… thanks for checking Joe 😂 lol
The body style of the Accord it's okay. I don't like the cvt drivetrain. If Honda would Grant me one wish TYPE R ENGINE WITH 10SPD TRANSMISSION WOULD BE THE CHEF'S KISS💯.

I highly debated between the XLE and Sport Touring but ultimately ended up with the XLE due to the AWD, which the Accord doesn’t offer. Hopefully someday.

This needs the Tlx turbo engine in it just to be top of the line. Hybrid means dead when it comes to Honda. Needs chutzpah.
I'm a life-long Honda fan. I own a 10th Gen Accord Sport. My brother just bought a 2025 Accord Touring. Upon driving it, a couple things popped out. I liked the simulated shifts, and powertrain is smooth and responsive, but the brakes? To say they're mushy is an understatement. Terrible pedal feel---I almost smacked into the first car ahead of me at a light. And the looks? "De-styled' would be the appropriate term, as if they pulled the Ford Taurus designers out of retirement. So, Honda, you lost me on this one. Maybe next time around,.
I have the 2024 Honda Accord Sport Hybrid L and besides the design which I have the white but I add a bunch of black accent's from Amazon it's a great vehicle very efficient still has decent speed..... I like it....the redesign with the same technology and boom problem solved...I think you just have to make the vehicle fit you

I always loved Honda Accords. I leased the 2018 model. Then I started a family and went to a Pilot and now the CRV. (Pilot is awesome but out of my budget)Prior to the Accord I owned a Camry. NO problems with the Camry and sold it at 230,000 miles and still drove very well. Camry was not “fun” to drive.

I like this Accord, but I just had to buy the 2022 2.0T last September as my daily driver. Yes it gets 40% less gas mileage than this Hybrid model, but I prefer the driving experience of the 10 Speed & Turbo power. It's all about preference so I don't fault any one who gets this car. It just isn't for me.

Honda's nailing styling ATM IMO low, clean and wide
This and the crv drives really smooth better than the camary and smoother than many luxury cars
I have a 2014 Honda Accord LX 2.4 l engine CVT with 230,000 km. Accord average 28 mpg city and 35 mpg highway. Personally I don't see the need to spend the added cost just to drive a hybrid
idc how much it cost, honda over anything in the market, sure 2.0 turbo was rlly the engine to have in the accord, course i have a 2022 civic sport and it is just fine. I am sure hybrid system on new hondas aren't that bad so its a go for me

The 2018 through 2024. Honda Accord was the best looking. This new body style is just plain downright ugly. No wonder they haven’t sold but 9000 units this year nobody is gonna buy this car is ugly.
Honda has sort of mastered the thin line between blandish styling and functional simplicity. Though you get the reliability you can expect, you also develop a love hate relationship with their products from a design standpoint.
I just got one with a 2.0 sport one with it is a good car
No 360 camera on the top trim is a deal breaker and inexcusable when even the mazda 3 and Elantra have them.
The design of the 2025 Honda Accord is bad. The overhang is too long and the front design is old and ugly. The previous generation design is cooler.

Exterior styling is bland and too conservative. I owned a 2018 Accord Sport, and the exterior lines were much better in my opinion. The interior however is still top notch.
To save the sedans, Honda needs to make the Accord a sportback/hatchback while increasing storage.

The Camry has the better-looking exterior, especially in the XSE trim. The Accord has the nicer interior with that typical Honda simplistic yet stylish layout. The standard-sized moonroof is fine; not everyone wants a panoramic moonroof, especially in the heat of the desert southwest. If I were in the market for a hybrid sedan, it would come down to availability, and which of the dealerships had the best all-around deals since both of these cars are quite nice. I wouldn't consider the Hyundai or the Tesla.

99% of consumers do not care for an automatic transmission
I just think we have to realize that automatic transmissions are becoming just a thing of the past. People want efficiency.

Bought both of my sons 2.0t Accords with less than 10k miles. They’re still out there and can be tuned up to 500hp even with a non LSD. I understand that you’re reviewing a hybrid Joe but I personally would buy any other electric vehicle first before a Tesla. My hard earned dollars will NEVER support a company whose owner supports HATE!

Styling is a “miss” by Honda. My 2016 looks better. The active shutters is becoming more used. I am concerned that they will get stuck and overheat the engine over time. Is it really worth it?🤷♂️
The hybrid didn’t fit my budget, but I’m very happy with my Radiant Red ‘24 EX. And if you squint your eyes, it kinda looks like an Audi A7…
I like restrained Honda styling but not this. The Civic however looks great. I wish they'd give it a refresh. Also, the sloping roofline kills the backseat for tall passengers. If youre over 6' you'll hit your head. Thats a deal breaker for me unfortunately with soon to be tall teenagers in tow.

@ Camry’s got got the visual style and all wheel drive, but I’ve got a 2013 Accord that I love and I’m awful partial to it. Probably about time to get a new ride, my 2013 Accord replaced my 2002 Avalon. Your review of the Camry was also quite compelling.You’re not making this easy.

Honda needs to stop being afraid of making a sexy sadan that will take sales from their sexier Acura cars. They can learn from Toyota who is making sexy cars for both brands- Toyota and Lexus.

For someone who does not do lots of driving, like a retiree, who does not need the economy of a hybrid or the unreliability of a Turbo, what roomy sedan, other than a Nissan Altima?
That is pretty much it at this price point.
I had a 2024 accord hybrid sport. It got hit while parked at work…my replacement is a 2025 Nissan Altima SR….my reason for going with the Altima is bc I got it for $150 less per month than what I was paying for the accord(lease)…let me just say….i miss that accord…looks were subjective to me at first. But I only like it in the urban grey pearl. That’s what I had. Or black. I got the urban grey bc the black is hard to keep….the accord drives really nice. I only drove it in Sport mode…the low end torque in that mode is nice. The Altima is roomy. And not bad looking. But of course the drive is night and day. I’m trading it in when the refreshed accord comes out. Which should be around September I’m guessing…. I’ve had numerous accords. A 2013 6 speed. A 2016 cvt…a 2018 2.0 sport 6MT….a 2021 2.0 10spd. All were great cars. But the 2.0 6MT was my favorite
