An awesome breakdown on the Side Thrust Kick John. I’m currently working on properly doing a Side Kick Hold as exercise to improve my flexibility and endurance. Will you be able to do a Side Kick Hold Exercise video in going over how to properly hold a Side Kick and how it can be used as a training exercise and how to further improve it for execution as well as for building Balance Control and Leg Strength? 🥋☯️ I’m also doing a kicking challenge on the Side Kick Hold hopefully you’ll give it a try as an idea what do need to focus on fully executing a Side Kick Hold well. 🙏🥋☯️
