    An excellent, and thoughtful, video. Great training tips. I particularly like your take on moving the foot behind rather in front when delivering kekomi from kiba dachi, this will help a lot of students. Thanks, John!!

    An awesome breakdown on the Side Thrust Kick John. I’m currently working on properly doing a Side Kick Hold as exercise to improve my flexibility and endurance. Will you be able to do a Side Kick Hold Exercise video in going over how to properly hold a Side Kick and how it can be used as a training exercise and how to further improve it for execution as well as for building Balance Control and Leg Strength? 🥋☯️
    I’m also doing a kicking challenge on the Side Kick Hold hopefully you’ll give it a try as an idea what do need to focus on fully executing a Side Kick Hold well. 🙏🥋☯️

    Sir i am taekwondo player how should i train taekwondo after leg day my leg got sore because of leg weight training
