    I have never seen a voice only evac without a tone before. Very interesting system.

    Very cool system! Sounds like we got Simplex TrueAlert ES 49VO-WRF Addressable Remote Strobes, TrueAlert Speaker Strobes (Not sure if they're conventional or addressable). 4 Wire TrueAlerts or Selectable 4903s (Set to Continuous) and 2 Wire SmartSync 4906 TrueAlerts (Set to Code 3).

    Man that must be loud! Do you wear headphones at your job or do you just get used to it everyday?

    Reminds me of simplex 2001 voice evac

    0:15 isn’t that a massive fire code violation, having fire alarm sealed shut by paint?

      The pull box still works, if you were to operate it normally
      It also wasn't completely immovable, as he did manage to open the box

      @mr.skellyboy9700the installers painted it to the wall?

    A 4003EC voice system? Now I haven’t seen a lot of those on TH-cam at all.

      @@hilo2-est3-elev I know it’s just a safepath but the messages on it are unique to it.

    This looks like a voice only stystem in one part,voice and low frequency tone in a different area,and horn strobes in the hallways.

    • @Techlifeandmore

      But why wouldn't you just use horn strobes everywhere?

    • @blose774

      @@Techlifeandmore Thats a good point.Probbaly since part of the building is newer and they decided to put the voice evacuation with and without the tone around the building.Also,horn strobes can be deafening on the ears especially if it were a spectralert advance.(those are louder than true alert horns)Speaker strobes are not as loud and easier on the ears.

    Huh, don't see too many 2nd stage alarms these days. My old high school had an EST woop/voice evac that turned into Code 3 after 3 minutes

    This repetitive short voice evac without tone would drive me nuts!!!

    • @blose774

      The tone with the voice evac sounds better since its not being repetitive and there is a break before it starts talking again.

    • @LoyalmoonieProductions

      Without the tone, it would be a boon for me, as I wouldn't be jumpscared, but still aware to evacuate.

  • @joeycaridi3030

    This voice evac system is very annoying without the tone, it's just like how a toddler says: "Mommy!" Over and over again without any long silence breaks
