Okay not only is Liam a sick murderer, he’s also the stupidest idiot! Like he’s just sitting there spilling the whole story like just a casual conversation??? Anthony is the MVP to get that confession!!
Some people don’t experience trauma unless they cause the issue themselves. Liam is a prime example. He was venting from stress but wasn’t smart enough to realize he was being dicked.
I go over Belmar bridge almost daily and while I didn’t know her, I always think of her. There is a a photo of her and it’s always decorated for the different seasons without fail even 8 years later. She is clearly still very missed and loved. Thank you for covering her story Kendall ♥️
Anthony is such a brave soul for doing all of that to bring justice for a classmate, I hope life is good to him for it and this story just shows why greed is 1 of the 7 deadly sins.
Yea exactly and she got slimmer ( not that it matters ) she was beautifull before also ❤ bt i jst noticed that many of my true crime youtubers got slimmmer this year😂 like Eleanor neale , kendel and molie westbrook and am wondering how they did it ? 😂If they started to eat more healthy or what is the catch? I would like to know their story ❤ as i would like also to loose some kg 😂
Right? I figure if we keep the compliments in this thread maybe it won't be too bad. She looks a little like a punk queen today, and I'm here here for it!
My sister's boyfriend was fraternity brother and friends with Preston. Told me there was no signs as far as he could tell. Insane what can be in the mind of someone.
This is a case that shook my hometown. This case hit us devastatingly hard. I knew Preston, my family knew him. I’m so glad Sarah’s story is still being heard.
I actually have to say that thankfully Preston came totally clean with the police. He didn't hold back a thing; he told them everything. This info helped put Liam away for his entire life with zero chance for parole.
What is even more disturbing is you never really know a person that is considered a childhood friend. To turn on you and be caught off guard. That they’re out to do evil against you. This one really had me crying. 😢
Every week I drive over the bridge in Belmar and see Sarah's memorial. It always makes me sad to drive by, even though I never knew her. May God bless her family and friends 🙏🏻
Shout out to Anthony for speaking up!!!!! I am impressed because while telling the truth of what he knows seems like the bare minimum because a young woman is missing, unfortunately a lot of times people DON"T come forward with what they know. I am so thankful he did. He could have singlehandedly been what solved Sarah's "disappearance"👏❤️
As a Neptune high school NJROTC student. Seeing them every day. Volunteering in their classes. This case never leaves the hearts of everyone in our little shore town. God rest her soul she was undoubtedly one of the sweetest girls I’ve ever known. May this scarlet flier always fly high ❤️❤️❤️
Born and raised in Monmouth County. Most of my friends went to Brookdale and were there at the same time as Sarah. This case hits so incredibly close to home and I really appreciate you bringing more attention to it.
I just have to say Kendal looks absolutely stunning and glowing! she's always been strikingly pretty. But recently...wow, just Wow girl, keep up whatever you are doing ❤
Hearing this story about a fellow Dink is more then heartbeaking. Jenna and Julien are my true heros in life, and the community they fostered together is unforgetable
This story took place only 30 minutes from where I grew up and it was one of the most talked about cases to this day in Monmouth County, thank you for brining more awareness to it.
Could you cover the case of Vienna Irwin in Ontario, Canada? Her case was just closed without any charges. Vienna was a 2 year old little girl found in a closed septic tank at her daycare center. Edit to add; I feel so sorry for Sarah’s family and friends. What happened to her is so awful!
Oh that's horrid. I was a daycare worker for years in a small town in Manitoba. Moved across the province, heard a rumor, and reported potential child abuse based on that rumor. I don't understand why anyone could hurt a child
My coworker shared the case of Vienna on Facebook, and it absolutely broke my heart. My heart goes out to that family, I hope they have more answers, and I really hope the case can get covered, as more people need to hear about this!!
Always love how you wrap up the video with telling what a great caring person Sarah was, with every wrap up ,every victim matters my heart goes out to the families, and its important ,love her yearbook quote. Also you are stunning Happy Holidays!
It’s crazy don’t even know you but the way your voice soothes me to sleep I actually have to rewatch videos because I don’t get to watch it 1st time around. I’m happy I found you. Happy holidays ❤
I grew up in Monmouth County New Jersey. While I didn’t know Sarah, I knew people who knew her. I only heard wonderful things about Sarah. Such a heartbreaking loss. Nothing but thoughts and love to her family ❤️
My God....Bless Sarah's family and bless her heart ...to be taken out of her own life, just for money SMMFH....and for it to be a life long friend, someone so close, not a stranger, not a bitter ex, but a f r i e n d. Her quote made me cry but not in sadness but being grateful that someone like Sarah was here. May God bless her family and real genuine friends. And to the idiot killers, you'll never see, touch, smell, earn another dollar in your life. You've made your mother's proud.....
Ive seen and heard this case so many different times/ways but im glad i stayed knowing Kendall. New footage, new opinions- it was like a whole new story. RIP to Sarah and God bless her father ❤️
obviously not the case in this instance, but there are sooo many people convicted for felonies they never committed or were framed for-especially black and brown people- and those people deserve to be defended. we (unfortunately) can’t deny that right for some because that would deny it for the others who actually deserve it.
I will say, I’m in my last year of law school and I definitely want to be a public defender but it I’ve also watched Kendall since I was a teen. I want to be a PD in Chicago because I think everyone deserves competent representation but I struggle with cases like this.
My uncle was killed over his paycheck by a supposed friend. I will never understand someone taking someone's life over money. Any amount of money, but 50-100k is all it takes?? It's so gross, people like that don't ever need to get out of jail because they've shown they will commit the most awful crimes out of greed.
I used to walk to my bank with 2 grand in cash, from tips at the club I worked at in Philly. Not the safest city lol Once my banker realized this he scolded me and told me people will kill over that amount and to make more stops at the bank so I don’t have to carry it around like that.
@amandamarie3e my uncle's check wasn't even that much. The one who did it my uncle was helping out as well, so he probably would have given it to him if he had asked, but instead he attacked him while he slept. I'd definitely advise it's best to be safe rather than sorry there. Drug addicts & desperate, greedy people will take advantage, maybe not to that extreme, but it's a toss up when greed is involved.
As a parent, I find this case terrifying and incredibly sad. If what we believe are our children’s life long friends can do something this heinous. People who you all trusted can do something like this is so scary. Who can we trust around children anymore 😢. My heartbreaks for Sarah and her family
You are truly glowing Kendall! You are the second true crime creator I started watching here a few years ago and I am so glad I found you, Josh and crew! Your empathy for victims and families is palpable ❤
My love & thoughts are with Michael & Sarah's friends & family, im so sorry for your loss. Kendall thank you for always being so compassionate & empathetic w/ the families & friends to these victims. Also at the beginning of the video you sd theres ppl that say thank you to you a lot & i am one of them. That’s so eerie when Liam says “I don’t even know if I can put any of it in the bank”. Like, how’d you even get that money if you supposedly didn’t have anything to do with her disappearing!?
💔 heartbreaking disgusting friends who were evil monsters. Poor girl. She was a beautiful soul in & out. Preston should not get 20 years. He could’ve stopped it. Instead he went along & helped. Her dad is one strong amazing person. To start a foundation in her honor is so inspiring. And Kendall the level of respect & compassion you show to the families is one of many reasons why you are my fave true crime TH-camr.

And the fact that they're supposed to be her best friend. Such a sad story and makes you question how loyal your friends are to you. I always appreciate your coverage of these cases. Thanks for sharing it with us.
I appreciate your decision to cut out those parts of the confession tapes. As soon as I saw this video pop up I remembered the horrifying details he shared.
I still watch Jenna videos. When my daughter was in high school she introduced me to Jenna. We would laugh until we’d cry, watching her-fun memories! Don’t ever leave us Kendall!!💚💚💚

It must be draining at times... Thank you for your channel and all that you do. Merry Christmas to you and your family and enjoy your break! 🎄💫❤
I wouldn't say that 50k-100k isnt a lot of money, but I sure as hell wouldnt say it is "The amount of money people kill for" It is honestly insulting to say that any amount of money is worth killing over but 50k to 100k is what some people make in 1 year from their jobs, it definitely isnt long-term life changing money
You look extra gorgeous in this video! :) Thank you for your coverage of this case and I can't wait for you to come back next year with new content but glad you're taking some time off to spend with loved ones. Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

One of the amazing reasons I love this channel is KR's angle on a case - sharing the humanity of a victim. Usually within 15 seconds, if not by the title and description, I can tell it is a case I've heard before. With KR versions, the victim's story is so compelling, I don't even think to leave the episode if I have heard the case before. @KendallRae, keep telling the victim's story - the victim and families are real people. Thanks for giving Sarah Stern a voice again.
Sarah Stern with my best friend’s cousin. During this time it was such chaos. I remember searching for her body by the water and Liam was right there helping Loooking for the body that he dumped over the bridge. It was disgusting.
Very sad. This story terrifies me! I drilled this exact situation into my daughter’s head when she came into money from a lawsuit. She was not friends with the most savory people but in this case it was her best friend from childhood! I was warning my daughter against “new” friends. Shame on me. This is so horrible. What an evil person he is. I pray for her father and true friends 💜

That poor man. Losing his wife to cancer and then his daughter is murdered. Poor guy lost his family. I hope he is doing alright and finds happiness again.
I hate this for him so much ! Life is so unfair sometimes
Her poor dad. He loses his wife and then his daughter?
talk about adding insult to injury.
I am convinced that this life is just full of suffering. How cruel. May both women rest in Heaven.
All of that for just $10,000? That is so nutty and desperate and stupid. My goodness.
Actually tho! So unbelievably selfish and self absorbent.
he thought it would be 50-100k
@@XYZ-kb3mm So? That is nothing. A fool like him would spend it on drugs in a day. He is pure evil.
@@XYZ-kb3mmThat’s literally nothing and certainly not worth taking a life over- not that any amount is.
People have killed for spare change. It’s crazy.
I go over Belmar bridge almost daily and while I didn’t know her, I always think of her. There is a a photo of her and it’s always decorated for the different seasons without fail even 8 years later. She is clearly still very missed and loved. Thank you for covering her story Kendall ♥️
Anthony is such a brave soul for doing all of that to bring justice for a classmate, I hope life is good to him for it and this story just shows why greed is 1 of the 7 deadly sins.
you always look so pretty but you’re literally glowing kendall!!
Right? she looks GORGEOUS! I wanted to comment on how amazing she looks but didn’t want to take away from the importance of the video!
@@KaitlynBlanchardArtme too, but I went for it anyway. Yeah she’s definitely looking more stylish lately. Love that for her ❤
Yea exactly and she got slimmer ( not that it matters ) she was beautifull before also ❤ bt i jst noticed that many of my true crime youtubers got slimmmer this year😂 like Eleanor neale , kendel and molie westbrook and am wondering how they did it ? 😂If they started to eat more healthy or what is the catch? I would like to know their story ❤ as i would like also to loose some kg 😂
Right? I figure if we keep the compliments in this thread maybe it won't be too bad. She looks a little like a punk queen today, and I'm here here for it!
I noticed too , thinner for sure
My sister's boyfriend was fraternity brother and friends with Preston. Told me there was no signs as far as he could tell. Insane what can be in the mind of someone.
“With friends like these, who needs enemies?” RIP to Sarah and prayers for her family ❤
Major major props to Anthony, what a legend 💚
I’ve heard this story covered many times, and it always blows my mind that lifelong “friends” could do such a thing. 😞
Same..i have seen this case covered so many times....do you tubers ever research this?I find it strange if they don't???
As soon as you said "practice reckless optimism" I knew she was a fan of Hannah Hart. What a heartbreaking loss.
Looked for this comment.... so sad :(
A life long friend. Over money. Disgusting
These guys are a couple of complete losers.
He could have singlehandedly been what solved Sarah's "disappearance"👏❤️
the intro when u said final episode- my heart stopped for a sec lol.
Same 😂
No me too- I put this episode on while cleaning my room and I just stopped mid air 😂😂
😂 SAMESIES!!!
I'm sorry that would be very heartbreaking 💔 😢
I live close by and every single time I go over the belmar bridge my stomach turns alittle
I just have to say Kendal looks absolutely stunning and glowing! she's always been strikingly pretty. But recently...wow, just Wow girl, keep up whatever you are doing ❤

I was waiting for this video to drop!!!!!! I listen as I drive Lyft and you’ll be surprised how many people love true crime and LOVE YOU KENDALL ❤
As much as I love true crime, I have to say I would be scared if my Uber driver was listening to it 😂

I love this!!

When people trash talk someone who is missing ..... They seem very guilty to me.
That maroon color is definitely your color 😍 your makeup looks so good!
She left her dog in a kennel. She didn't run anywhere.
He makes a comment about how the dog just stood and watched as he killed her. Sick human being.
do we know who has the doggo now?
Geez…what Sarah had to be thinking in her final moments. Someone she totally trusted.😢
I'm taking this with me after watching.....remember that you can't always trust people closest to you. R.I.P beautiful Sarah
I think she has a request form for cases. She doesn't always see all of the comments.
These is a case request form in the description box, it’s pretty far down!
I hope she covers this case 💔
I’ve put a request into the form, thanks everyone!
Always love how you wrap up the video with telling what a great caring person Sarah was, with every wrap up ,every victim matters my heart goes out to the families, and its important ,love her yearbook quote. Also you are stunning Happy Holidays!
Wait I‘ve not watched a video but listend to your podcast for the last couple of months but YOU ARE GLOWING ✨
Yes I agree
Thats what I thought too!
Same she looks extra amazing ❤
It’s crazy don’t even know you but the way your voice soothes me to sleep I actually have to rewatch videos because I don’t get to watch it 1st time around. I’m happy I found you. Happy holidays ❤
I can't think of a better person to be trusted with Sarah's story. Thank you.
Happy Holidays, true crime friends.
There really aren't words for how disturbing this case is. Major kudos to Anthony for being able to stay calm through that confession.
When you have to do dishes so you look for a video and your favorite youtuber has a new video up! 🤩
Omg same !!
How are attorneys not embarrassed when scraping the bottom of the barrel to find defense for monsters?! Like come the F on! Ridiculous!
Its about a check for a lot of them. And they get money based on how they work
obviously not the case in this instance, but there are sooo many people convicted for felonies they never committed or were framed for-especially black and brown people- and those people deserve to be defended. we (unfortunately) can’t deny that right for some because that would deny it for the others who actually deserve it.
to be optimistic, i’m gonna assume that those attorneys do feel embarrassed or shameful when they have to defend people who are so clearly evil.
@@kiahrabrielle9609 That’s not being optimistic, that’s called using more than 3 braincells ❤
My condolences for your lost, hope this monster rots in jail 😶
I used to walk to my bank with 2 grand in cash, from tips at the club I worked at in Philly. Not the safest city lol
Once my banker realized this he scolded me and told me people will kill over that amount and to make more stops at the bank so I don’t have to carry it around like that.
With my lupus & kidney disease i dont get to leave the house or hospital ever unless its to another dr so i enjoy when you drop a video, it brightens my day. So thank you very much for all that you do just to entertain, inform & bring closure to all of us.
Don’t usually comment on the appearance of my fave creators but you legit look incredible! You look healthier and than ever and are just glowing. Not that any of that matters, but i know it’s nice to get those compliments sometimes. Merry Christmas 🎄
Enjoy your time off. Thank you for all you do to promote legacy for victims!
I’m from North jersey…about an hour away from Belmar and I’ll never forget this…big news by us…so sad but then God for people like Anthony going with his gut and doing the right thing…had to be scary
2024 was the hardest year of my life. I lost my entire home and belongings in a house fire and 3 months later my grandma, who I was very close with, passed away. Mile higher media (TCKR, The sesh and mile higher) helped me get through it as a healthy distraction.💕 I especially love that no matter how heartbreaking these stories can be, I’ve always appreciated how positive Kendall is and how much work she does for the victims and their families. It gives me a lot of hope. Thank you so much for all you do.
I agree. Kendall's presentation is always clear and well thought out.
7:15 last year my 4year relationship ended and for 6 months I had your videos on repeat all day everyday to keep my mind off of it
I hope you are healing and happy. When my husband went to visit family out the country for two months, these and other podcasts/videos kept me distracted and kept me from missing him so much ❤
same!!
Same. I hope you are doing great now. Hugs
I hope you’re doing well. I’m doing the same now. My relationship of 22 years (of which 11 were married) has recently come to an end and these video’s along with Kimberleigha’s have gotten me through.
Love your sense of fashion in this episode Kendal. Thanks for the great content as always
That color really suits her!!
you (and your family) have done so much with your platform it's insane to see how far you've come (and there's still so much more in your future ✨)
I've seen coverage of this case before, but it never ceases to amaze me, and disgust me. I know what it's like to be jealous of someone's money...but I'd never do anything like this to get it.
This case makes me sick ☹️ rest in peace, Sarah 💔🥺
Yeah. One thing I like about her channel is how considerate and respectful she is of the victims she talks about.
I still watch Jenna videos. When my daughter was in high school she introduced me to Jenna. We would laugh until we’d cry, watching her-fun memories! Don’t ever leave us Kendall!!💚💚💚
Sarah seemed like such a beautiful light, just like Kendall. Thank you for covering this with such grace and love as you do with every case🫶🏼
I can always see how genuinely moved you are by these stories and these people. When you show your real frustration, and demonstrate your empathy, I never have a doubt that you are deeply affected.
@@rutanarnaryou’d murder ur best friend? 100k isn’t much
@rutanarnar well go do something that doesn't harm others?
It’s so scary how people can disconnect from their humanity. Walking demons

She looks so thin she’s lost like 50lbs💜💖
@Kendall Rae you look fantastic 😍 ❤️ 💕
I appreciate the calm, matter-of-fact way you tell these stories. You don’t embellish. You’re not doing it to show off what a great storyteller you are. You just tell these stories as they are.

Yes she does Kendall is gorgeous 😍 💗

I love watching your cat in the background. Watching them is like emotional support when the stories get to be too much.
The word: "Money is the root of all evil" is so true.
Correction, the Love of money is the root of all evil.
Money itself is a necessity for living. But then some people take it beyond.
@kimstout6419 you're right, I meant exactly that verse!💪🏽❤️ I love how the actual verse makes that distinction you speak of!
Heartless and soulless BOYS/men show their senseless greed. Thank you for covering the story because we need to remember that even old friends aren’t necessarily to be trusted!!

Ive been a fan for years and im in tears right now im so proud of how far you’ve come…. Such a beautiful spirit ❤
I have amazing timing today! I'm cleaning and just finished an episode of Mile higher and this popped up! Made my day
Thank you for doing a story on Sarah! I went to the same HS and graduated a year before this happened. Hearing this broke my heart!!!!!!!! It hit too close to home “directly home” for me. I was upset hearing about this when it happened but you filled the gaps and answered questions I had for years!
Thank you so much for all you and your team does.
I was thinking I remember Hannah Hart always saying “practice reckless optimism”, so when you said she was a big fan of her, Grace, and Mamrie my heart just welled up ❤
i just started the video, i never comment, but you look so incredible kendal! i am so proud, you look truly phenomenal
thank you so much for always being so respectful :) i used to feel so guilty for being interested in true crime, i want to learn about cases but i feel like everyone focuses on the killers and how "genius" they were. now i can finally watch videos about cases without feeling disrespectful! you're gorgeous inside and out, thank you :)))
This hurt.. they were supposed to be her friends. My heart goes out to her family. Rip Sarah
It’s not often that I cry watching your videos, but this one has me sobbing.
PERFECT TIMING KENDALL! Thank you!
WOW! You can't trust your longest and trusted friend.
Some how I had lost your channel right after you had your baby and I am so so happy to find it again! Also you are flipping stunning I mean you have always been super beautiful but man you are glowing ❤❤
It’s so disturbing how he talks about killing her so casually, no emotion, and he’s almost bragging about it? It makes me scared to know people can secretly be like that, and they can harm an innocent friend
no matter how many times I've listened to videos about Sarah, this will always be a case that makes me sob
Oba Chandler - The Rogers Family Murders
All very disturbing
1. Case of Shirley Lynette Ledford
2. Murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom
3. Murders of Thomas and Jackie Hawks - Very disturbing
4. Oba Chandler - The Rogers Family Murders
Moral of the story: Never trust your "friends." But seriously, you can't really trust anybody, especially when there's money involved.
I've been watching your channel for a long time and I just want to say that I'm so proud of how far you and everyone at Mile higher has come and it's just great to see people giving back like you guys do. ❤❤❤❤
“She was obsessed with my girlfriend” mmm, so she was most likely friends with her and he didn’t like that. What a jealous, selfish, weirdo….. it’s almost like he secretly hated her…. can’t believe people like this exist….
that’s exactly what I thought as well!!!! it was so textbook of him to say that. Ive heard it from the most awful ppl lol like they can’t fathom genuine female friendship and admiration so in his head it has to be twisted in some way smh
@ it just shows how fragile his ego is 🤦♀️
given the level of misogyny they must have been harbouring in order to murder a supposed lifelong friend that wouldn't be overly surprising, so gross
I agree! It almost sounded like he was trying to paint her in a negative light.
