    My dad seasoned everything growing up, sandwhiches, salad, and he always salted fruits and some raw vegetables growing up we ate tomatoes like apples we had a huge garden out back, I haven't bought regular salt in years only the pink one and thankfully I don't pull it out as much as my dad did.

      Bimmerbabe yes I did that same thing and am happy the doctor says 18 months is given to heal and daughter is 17 months and I couldn't be happier with my body .

    I do blue berries with old fashion oats. The steel cut ones❤️I’ve been making home cooked meals and feel more energized. Cooking at home let’s you know what you’re eating. I also love whole grain pasta.

    I also have overnight oats for breakfast. I never though about adding bananas! I always add the same things: Oats, chia seeds, poppy seeds, hemps seeds and soy milk. In the morning before aeting it, I add dried cranberries. I love it!!!!!!

    I love the overnight oats. I never tried the grain you put in your salad before. I'll have to try that. I do use Chia seeds in just about everything. Baked salmon and vegetables or Spanish salad is my favorite. You gave some great tips.

      Are you referring to the quinoa? I just discovered you can cook it in a rice cooker with some chicken broth. It only takes a few minutes. I really enjoy the taste. I cant eat rice so this is a great substitute.

    I am such a finicky eater, the only thing I liked in the quick fix breakfast mix was the strawberries. But I like watching Tia, maybe the meals will grow on me.😊

      Melicia Francisco Into a 4oz mason jar I add 1/2 c old fashioned oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tsp Kretschmer wheat germ, 1 tsp ground cinnamon. Mix these ingredients up well. Then I add a pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract, and 1 c of liquid of your choice. Mix well. I usually use sweetened vanilla almond milk for my liquid but you can use whatever you prefer. Next I add a smidgen of sweetener (your choice of what to use, I typically use brown sugar to your taste of sweetness) and mix it in. Then I add fruit. I typically use blueberries so I mix them in very lightly so they don't break and then refrigerate it overnight. The next morning I enjoy it cold and I love it! I didn't think I'd like it cold, but I prefer that to heating it up. My husband prefers it heated up though. If you try it let me know what you think. Smiles to you! Lynn

    I intermittent fast so breakfast isn’t that important to me first thing when I wake up 🤷🏽‍♀️ however I do eat plenty of healthy meals during my 8 hour window and I’ve been doing great with my postpartum weight loss journey 🤗

      I actually tried overnight oats very recently, delicious. Definitely recommend adding granola on top if you like to have a bit of crunch.

    Btw there's protein I whole wheat pasta... idk that many people know that... she didn't have to add the chicken to get protein boost, but there are also different pasta brands that have 11 to 25 grams of protein in their pasta, Banza is a brand I really like, it's made of chickpeas, I would really recommend them.
