That looks fantastic! Great job of working the coals. I bet that pork came out super tender. Thanks for bringing us along. This is what getting out in the woods is all about.
Thanks a lot, the wood I use is free and I prefer instead instead of buying briquettes or similar, the pork was indeed tender and tasty, appreciate you watchng and commenting, cheers Chris
Ha ha thanks Jesse, I think the deer you hunt question your vegetarianism too😎😎😎😎😍😍. Seriously though this was too much, I am still detoxing and cheese is hard to look at😂😂. Must do the ultimate vegetarian meal! I'll work on something, cheers mate
Haha Chris. I don’t think it would do on Masterchef but I would definitely go for that on an Autumn night around the campfire, 👍🏻and if that is only naughty what does wicked look like? Maybe some flour added to make a sauce?
Hi bud, aye could try a bit of flour next time, wpuld improve the sauce, didn't look great ha ha but the taste was there. It was actually better the next day when I cooked up some Veg and just had a wee bit of potato and 1 pork chop on the side, felt like a more balanced meal, better lucjk next time, appreciate the comment and the view, cheers Chris
Thanks very much. It was a great cook fun wise, result was tasty. I lost one of my two packets of cheese sauce to damp and added cheese which made it a bit to cheesy, the cheese was extra mature so a bit to strong. That said the next few nights I had potato and 1 pork chop with a good amount of veg and it made for a good balance. A little bit of refining but I was fairly pleased. Indeed sir, cooking with the Dutch oven is awesome. Thanks so much for watching. Cheers Chris
Ha ha thanks Udo, that dish put a few kilos on me😅😅and straight to bed afterwards I was that full! I truly hope you and family are keeping well sir, nice to hear from you as always, take care, Chris
In all seriousness, get a bottle of English Pussers rum (dark Navy rum), open a bottle of Bundy Ginger Beer (full-fat, none of this diet stuff!!!) take a sip out of the Bundy, replace the volume of your sip with Pussers rum. Slap your hand over the top of the bottle and gently invert the bundy and turn the bottle upright again. That, genuinely, makes the best ‘Dark & Stormy’ on the planet. The best ginger beer and the perfect dark navy rum to mix with it 🏆🥇😍👍❗️ Lovely looking feed😛😋❗️❗️
Thanks Billy, always good advise sir. Have you seen that the scottish detectorist has another channel about scotlands history. He's doing very well. I saw him detectoring but didn't bother him. He's a good nice mannered well spoken fella.
