Havent experienced much yet but i already love this machine!

@@TechandDesign I do when I switch the source to that hdmi port like I do with all the other ports until the signal kicks in. At first with the xbox it will say "no signal" and then that goes away when the xbox powers on so assuming it's getting a signal. I returned it and am going to try another one. All other devices (firestick, xbox 360, directv) work on any of my hdmi ports.
Two things. You dont need to use batteries in the controller if you have a USB-C cable you can plug that into the controller for power thus saving batteries. Also you dont need the app to set the system up.

@@josephyoung3111 well, I went to call their support line and while i was waiting, i used my ipad to setup the console (instead of my cell phone) and it setup immediately. When I was using my cell phone to do the setup it kept dropping the wifi connection at my residence and switching over to 5G (cellular). I am assuming it had something to do with why I could not setup the console using my cell. I hope this may help and I do apologize for not having a proper technical reason why it worked. 😊
