Nice video. I loved the scenery when everyone was in that old classic Citroen. Your host was a very good driver, it’s a very sought after car especially in good condition, it was mint! I love old nostalgic vehicles. I have an old 1947 Indian Chief with sidecar that I bomb around with the dog 🐕 in the sidecar in rural 🇨🇦. It takes some extra effort to pilot these old relics properly. Thanks for sharing! I’m going to France soon, particularly the Dordogne and Lot River Valley regions. Cheers!
thanks for your comment! Enjoy your trip to France. We're going back next week but will explore the Avignon region this time. Video should be up in a few weeks.
There are some “balcony” roads on the way to Saint-Jean-en-Rohan’s just west of Grenoble. Unbelievable! Cliff side slow roads through short tunnels and short stone walls. The most beautiful views in the world! Also don’t miss L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue marche on Saturdays

Hi Michelle. In France the name is not too common but not uncommon either, but in the rest of the world, there aren't many of us :) My family comes from Northern France, which is where i think the name originated. I don't have much more information on the history of the name unfortunately.
