Spider-Man has some big disadvantages to account for, dead broke, his frail Aunt May, his sense of duty ("With much power comes much responsibility"). Plus he has to make his own webs, which I would think makes the ability a bit cheaper.
Spider-Man should also take points in science and photogtaphy.

These are good points concerning the Marvel Spiderman. I had forgotten about the web chemistry work

@easygurps I think scraping together another 20-50 points of disadvantages to make a more lore-accurate Spider-Man would be easy and make the character more fun to roleplay.

AND don't forget his nemesis, J Jonah Jameson, the originator of cancel culture. That's gotta be worth ten points by itself.

Hey, I worked on GURPS Supers. It's nice to see someone give GURPS love. I discovered you recently and gave you a shoutout and a subscribe (th-cam.com/video/RR3hILhjbd0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=f3rEboU7JZen35CG) if you ever want to know about the playtest/writing I did for GURPS I would be happy to share stories

Hey cool thanks so much for the shout out! I subscribed back! I would be interested in hearing about some GURPS Supers action, but I don't know how to go about it LOL like would I have to interview you or something? Like have you on as a "talk show guest"? I have no idea what I'm doing. Maybe we could do some sort of collaboration
