    This is such a great 'go-to' workout, esp when you've only got 20 mins to knock something out. I also really love Rhys and Amy's chill yet motivating vibe! Thank you, Self! And yes, please bring Lita on for some more videos as well! Love me some Lita!

      it may not feel comfortable while catching your breath and working with those tired muscles but at the end of the day, the hardwork is worth it and it feels great. it also offers good quality sleep

    Nice decent short workout i have had to train myself to accept that sometimes you gotta do short workouts they all don’t have to be 45 to 60 minutes workouts

    Discovered this channel on 35th day of lockdown...but have been having amazing workout since then (10days into it). I had a long workout routine before this. Now it's pretty trimmed down and effective

    I love the Rhys-Amy-Lita(!!) Self workouts! These 3 folks are such positive, encouraging people and trainers! I love the pacing and the "mellowness" of it all, and yet I always get a really fantastic workout! I especially love these shorter bodyweight HIIT videos bc I can tack them on to the end of a cardio workout or do it stand alone when I'm running short on time. If I could tuck a workout into my pocket to keep on hand for anytime, this would be the one. Thanks Rhys and Amy (and Lita! Wherever you are!)

    Hi
    I did this morning and I had to stop a few times 😆. . Good for beginners and the heart. Another day, another try for a 20-30 workout. Every other day for me. It gives me time to rest in between.
    I say, do what works for you, tweek to your standards and don't give up. Amen 🙏

    Your videos are great, amazing workouts. My complaint is that in a 20 minute video I got 4 ads!! Especially when I am in the middle of counting down my plank it is incredibly annoying to get an ad which runs for 60 seconds unless I actually skip it (i.e. disrupt my plank). Please fix this, it is disrespectful to your followers.

    Great moves...a shame it's bodyweight..you should try adding WearBAnds sometime...cut the time in half, get far more results.
