Wow a few seconds in and already sobbing... I am a first time mom 7 weeks postpartum and I am struggling... which I did NOT expect. I have an amazing husband, support system, stable finances, no past trauma, no prior mental health struggles, etc. so color me shocked when every day I'm crying begging the Lord for strength and patience and wisdom even on a decent day. I did not expect the grieve my old life because my husband and I didn't even do that much. The enemy is really preying on my vulnerability and emotions and every day I just pray that the Lord will use these trials for my good and his glory, and that he will thwart the devil's attempts to steal my joy and make me think that this beautiful little gift from God was a mistake. I have never prayed more in my life than I have the last 7 weeks and I just pray it will strengthen my faith and produce endurance, making me mature and complete, lacking nothing as James 1 says. THANK YOU for making this video 🙏🏼 I feel so encouraged and less alone.
Read the Word out loud to yourself and baby. The enemy made me feel silly doing it. Take every thought captive! You are the Momma Bird feeding your baby bird the Word. It feeds their spirit and has nothing to do with comprehension. Take baths or showers. Do your makeup if you want to just to relax and feel pretty. Go for short walks to pull yourself together. Call an older mother for encouragement. Eat well. Play worship music. Oh, the loss of freedom. It hit me hard with the first one. From the time I started driving at 16 to 23, I came and went as I pleased. The baby came. I had next to zero support. My baby hated driving in the car and wouldn't sleep on outings and would come home and scream from being overstimulated. My b00bs were engorged. It was very difficult. See my advice above. Add to it journaling if that helps you process things.
This is so relatable!!! Hang in there! I’m now seven months pp and loving life but I had the exact same experience as you for the first few months and it was rough! 🩷
You are not alone! I went through the exact same feelings, I am a year and a half postpartum and I can say it gets better mama hang in there! Praying for you! 🤍🤍
What a beautiful comment. The second was more of a shock for me that my first, however here I am trying for a third 😊 wanting our “Freedom” back is the flesh needing to control things and our fear in not wanting to let that control go. True freedom comes from surrender. 🙏🏼
11 days postpartum with my 3rd. ❤ Thank you for this, Milena. Also so sweet to see how many other women are in this same walk of life right now. We are never alone.
I’ve been watching you for years since I was in high school, I’m now 22 single with no kids🤣 and I still continue to watch and love every single video that you post not only are you pouring into the current mothers, but also also the future mothers and wives❤
MILENA YOU DID NOTTTT 🥺🥺🥺🥺😭😭💕💕💕💕 this is legit the sweetest freaking thing you’ve ever done & i’m not even a mom yet! 😭💗 thank you for using your platform for the goodness of God. 🙏🏼you inspire me so much!! 🥹
I am hoping this makes sense but I have a 7 year old a 5 year old and a 3 year old and we are new on our walk with Jesus Christ with applying God's word and his teaching in our life and in our home so I am a baby believer in Christ and so are my 3 children ... So this video spoke so much to me because they might not be newborns in age but they are newborns in Christ in this new walk and oh my goodness I am so thankful for this Milena 😢😢 thank you so much Lord thank you I will be hearing this beautiful message over and over again because this feels like postpartum taking care of newborns my children and myself wow 😮💨😓
One week postpartum with baby # 5! Thankful for godly women online sharing truth and encouragement and Gods word! Rare these days! Praying for you to keep being bold and sharing Christ and His word! Very helpful for the soul especially postpartum! ❤
i’m crying 😭 i’m gonna replay that prayer as much as i need because i need it. i’m a first time mom and postpartum has been HARD! so much harder than i ever imagined.. i feel like a shell of a human being most days.. i used to pray, read, fast, worship, fellowship.. some days i barely pray. thank you for inspiring me to take back postpartum and be more diligent, this is more serious than ever before! i definitely need to stop scrolling every time i nurse and contact nap 😭
I totally feel you, I was the exact same with my first! Did all the things but when baby came I could barely pray or read my Bible. Prayers to you, you got this, the Lord is near to you 🙌🏻
Oh the part about the Spirit interceding for us with groaning. That hit me so deeply. Postpartum with my second was like that a lot. It was a huge battle and God really showed me just how much He’s got me. What a good Lord we serve!
Thank you for this ❤ i just got a positive pregnancy test after an ectopic pregnancy exactly one year ago. This will be my third living child, starting off this baby's life with PRAYER. Thank you for encouraging mothers in all stages to cling to the Lord through grief, through joy, and through hardships.
Currently snuggling my 4 week old baby at 4:30 AM & I’m so grateful I came across this video. This was such a beautiful reminder to redirect my focus onto Gods word & pray more often instead of mindlessly doom scrolling. Thank you. ❤
Wish I would’ve heard this as a new mom, I had the worst postpartum experience w my first. The enemy was messing w me big time, I was naive. But God, got me through in the end 🥲
True. You're so tired. You reek. Your b00bs hurt. Your baby is overstimulated and inconsolable. You may have little support. You have crazy, disturbing thoughts. One thing I learned later is to quit being a Martha and be a Mary for about 6 weeks. No pressure to go back to "normal" or church or even the store. I call it laying low. I was schedule feeding. Here's a hack for getting a few more hours of sleep: Do your evening feed at 7 or 8 and GO TO BED!! Don't stay up till the 10 or 11 pm feed. Then feed whenever they wake in the night, but when they wake at 5 or 6 am (first morning feed), STAY IN BED until the 8 or 9 am feed. Doing this gets you at least 4 extra hours of sleep. A little trickier if you have other toddlers I know.
Seven weeks postpartum with my second and really struggling to get back into my Bible. I felt the Lord whisper “psalms” to me when I asked him for help on where to start. This video and your talk about the Psalms was such confirmation for me. Thank you for always speaking.life and being the biblical influence that I need 🩷
Five months post partum and loved this video! Thank you for always bringing it back to scripture and reminding us as believers to get back into the word!
Such a beautiful prayer and encouragement, thank you. Struggling adjusting to having 2 atm, feel like an easy target for guilt bc I really struggle when I feel torn between what each child needs from me when that sometimes clashes in the moment. Been caught off guard as I loved the transition to 1 and found it easy and precious. So delighted with my second longed-for blessing but often easily overwhelmed, even with great support and no complications, didn't expect the struggle, maybe was too complacent! X
Up with my 6 week old eyes barely open breast feeding listening to this. Wow thank you ❤ I'm finding a group of women to rally around me this time. I joined mom groups and am reaching out. God led me to a mom at the park who had a baby the same day I had mine and we had a lot in common. I was about to leave the park when she saw me and felt the pull to call out to me and I think that's something special.
What a blessing! Thank you for saturating this video in scripture! I love that verse in Roman’s about groanings which cannot be uttered! So powerful that our Father intercedes for us even when we don’t know what to say because He already knows our heart!
I needed this reminder I’m 7 months postpartum and it has been more difficult then the first few months because of the teething (growing pains) and I needed this reminder as mothers we are called to cover our children in prayer and prayer feeds us as well
I have to say you mentioning street lights has really blessed my life during those late night multiple nursing sessions. I just pop in the AirPods while I’m nursing and I’m listening to the Bible while I feed my baby. I have been struggling with being slow to anger and lack of patience with my firstborn 4 year old as I’m trying to navigate being a mother of two with a newborn. It’s so hard
This was me a few months ago. I started setting an alarm on my phone to go off so that I could read “Be not quick in your spirit to become angry; for anger lodges in the hearts of fools” every few hours during the day. It has been very life changing and now when my phone goes off I recite it in my head since I’ve remembered it and I just keep it with me.
Thank you Milena. 50 days pp with Baby 3 and despite it being my best birth, it has been my worst postpartum. Lots of emotions and exhaustion. Hubs went back to work 6 days pp and I have had a hard time adjusting to three under 3. Your words resonate with me…and I can’t believe you recorded this postpartum HAHA because it’s hard to form sentences. I’ve really missed reading the Bible and it was crazy you mentioned that!!
It took me 4-6 months before I read my Bible again after having my last! I just completely forgot because every second was taken taking care of my kids.. then I realized every single day I would wake up to a Bible verse on my heart!! Even when I literally physically didn’t have a second to read my Bible, the Lord was still there talking to me, ministering to my heart 😊
About to be a mama of 2 babes under 2. My first postpartum was filled with anxiety and depression. I’ve been praying and hoping that this next time (within the week) is completely different and joy filled. Thank you for this video
This is so wholesome, and the background music adds to the message you're giving out😊. Mom of a 1 year old here, I can say, the time when my baby naps, is when I get to touch my phone and most of times when I'm in the word/prayer she has uninterrupted sleep and when I'm wasting time on youtube she can't sleep that well. I think that's God's way of making me obey Him 😊. God is powerfully working through you milena! You are changing lives of us moms and thereby generations... You are blessed dear sister.❤
I had a baby this week and currently in the nicu for jaundice. I have been running around the hospital trying to save my kid and also dealing with other mom guilt and i have spent more time caring for my wounds in borrowed bathrooms than in my own home. I have been praying to God for strength and praying for wisdom and that we would experience rest as a family. Thank you for this video as the last i was early awaiting my overdue baby as well.
Hey Milena, whenever I do t feel like praying, I listen I these videos and it inspires me to pray. Not only to pray but to remind myself that God hears me. Love you Mi! ❤
Not postpartum anymore, but I feel like I am. My 14 month old still wakes up every hour. This video was still very applicable to how I have been feeling. Thank you
I was there too, my girl was waking up every 45min until she was 18months old. Several moms told me it was their case as well until they stopped breastfeeding. I don’t know if it is your case, I really wanted to breastfeed until she was 2yo, but finally I couldn’t take it anymore and it really worked. The night wakes went from 10 per night to 2 almost immediately and soon she started to sleep throughout the night. I will pray for you and know that you are not alone but also you need and deserve to rest ❤
I know that you have probably tried EVERYTHING to get your baby to sleep longer, and that everyone's particular situation is different. However, I did go through something similar with my first daughter waking every hour until she was 12 months old and I discovered she just likes to sleep very cool. As soon as I started dressing her lighter for bed, she started to only wake around twice but if I dressed her thicker, lay a blanket on her, or changed the AC she would go right back to waking up hourly. Even the very slightest amount of dampness at the nape of her neck meant she was hot. Maybe your little one is uncomfortable?
@@delilahmertoglu It’s funny you say that. A few days ago I realized he seemed spooked by the blanket whenever he woke up at night. So I started not giving him a blanket and he slept a little better. But the last few nights it hasn’t made a difference and it’s back to every hour. I think it’s mostly separation anxiety, but even sleeping in the same bed as me doesn’t stop the wake ups. Thanks for the idea though!
HANDS DOWN my favorite video from milena ever, the Holy Spirit was lighting up my eyes so much to things i never thought about, Ladies plz grab your prayer books and write everything down!!! Praise GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dearest Milena, congratulations on your 4th Beautiful Baby, a precious little boy 🩵. I see that when you & Jordan were praying, your pets were with you, I once heard that animals will come & be near when we pray🙏🏼.. so precious. I love your beautiful 🍓 dress❤.
Thank you for this video Milena. I’m 10 weeks postpartum today and I feel like I’m just now finally getting my footing back under me. This was the encouragement I needed.
Ahhh thank you Milena! I’m 2.5 weeks from my due date and I’ve been so nervous for postpartum because it was so difficult with my first. I am taking it back! 💕🙏🏼
Thank you for your beautiful words of wisdom. God is good. Praying for you & your family. I am also praying for my brother Alan who is going through chemo. I pray that the Lord will be with him. I pray in God's will for his complete healing and may God be glorified. God is sovereign. God is over all. 🙏 x
Cling to your brother sweet sister, time is precious and we have no thing to fear but God himself. Praying God uses you to intercede and be encouraging to your brother.❤
Thank you for your kind words of encouragement. To God be the glory. Praying and believing in his might power. Healer & provider. I bring Alan before you now Lord. Amen. x
Please keep posting more vidoes like this. I love that this was low stimulation filiming and I could just listen to what you had to say. This was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your heart.
This is amazing and I am so inspired even though I am not a postpartum mum…I’ve been a mother for 7 years now and I must say that prayers has not always been a consistent thing I do especially for my child…Watching this has helped me calm down and take it a day at a time to pray for my child when they fall asleep in my arms or while I’m bathing her or feeding her😍🙌🏽Thank you so much
I want to cry! I’m pregnant with my first child (first trimester) and I’m so encouraged by your joy and faith! I pray that I’m as strong of a mother as you are. 💖
This had me emotional… my littles are not so little anymore but as much as I sure could’ve used this heartfelt reminder then….I must say I need this reminder still. Thank you! 🥹🫶
Milena thank you so much for this video and your words and prayer.. I have an almost 5 month old and my postpartum experience wasn’t what I would’ve hoped it was, which in result made me rethink and turn away from wanting more children.. after this video I realized so many more things I could’ve done. But nonetheless, I will rewatch this video as much as I need during this journey with my first and my next to come. I will not let the enemy steal the blessing that my next children will be to their generations❤️🙏🏼
Getting ready to walk the postpartum road for the second time in just two short months. My first postpartum journey was so, so difficult. I’ve been trying really hard not to think about (& therefore dread) doing it all again, because I really want to enjoy these last few weeks with my firstborn. But I realize that by avoiding the topic I am also neglecting the intentionality that it takes to make the most of the postpartum season. This video challenged me to cover it in prayer and preparation. I love the idea of having three things that you want to accomplish/prioritize during those first 40 days. Such a helpful tip! I have watched your channel for a few years now & this was by far the most beautiful and genuine video you’ve posted. So thankful for you and your platform. God bless!
Thank you for this encouragement! I am due in August with our first and wanting to learn all I can. I am trying not to let my anxiety and worries about birth and post partem take ahold, so your advice to pray is good for me!
This is such a beautiful video Milena, 15 months postpartum over here and still not sleeping through the night with 2 toddlers 😩 needed this extra today. Bless you’re heart, God is shining through you 🙏🏼
Ooweeee thanks for making this video. I’m definitely will go back to this video when I get to my postpartum baby#2. I remember post partum baby #1. I don’t look forward to it but it’s part of the journey. I’m gonna try to think of the priorities before I give birth around October, bcuz even in my 2nd pregnancy, it’s been hard for me compare to my first one. God really knows us even when we sometimes dont know ourselves, what we doing and whats happening in certain season…
Milena, this was such a deep encouragement!! Thank you for the sincerity and transparency in this video. God truly has everything there for us in his Word regardless of what we go through, and regardless of the seasons we’re in and it’s so evident that he’s using you to encourage and edify women in the moments of our lives where our knee jerk reaction would be to lean to our own understandings. He promised never to leave, and that’s even in our postpartum journeys!! Thank you for this reminder ❤️ This video was beautifully done.
Milena….never ever ever have I felt so understood. It wasn’t until about 6 months postpartum that I realized that Satan was attacking me and my husband all while we were exhausted and not sleeping with a colic baby for 5 months straight. When that lightbulb moment went off my life started changing. I was aching over the fact I didn’t spend much time in the Bible or in prayer or in Jesus’ presence much. But holy moly after that I started praying. My husband and I are now beginning a new journey with our faith after being kicked off the horse. Jesus is so good. Thank you for this video!!! It’s so encouraging and truthful.
This Christmas I read in my Bible many times about Marry, “and she treasured these things in her heart” My 5 year old and I were talking and i was telling her about how she would grow up one day. She started to cry and said, “I wish it could stay like this forever!” I went and picked her up and hugged her and said, “that is why we need to treasure these things in our heart” …. It just came out of my mouth…. All of a sudden I just thought about Jesus, how there was a time he was 5 years old! And wondered if he said the same things to Marry! I thought, “she probably said that to him a lot!” I know John had “taken over” as her son in a way and would have known Marry and what she probably would have said that to him too. But that much have been “a saying” of hers. As a Mom of 3 and I became a Mom young too and felt like I missed out on things because of that, it really made me think about and Realize how much Jesus loves Moms!! Remember that he had one!!❤
I’m currently pregnant with my fourth baby and I’ve had basically no support system other than my husband and he’s kind of a workaholic so postpartum has been kind of a rough and challenging time for me and the prayer in the beginning really touched my heart so much thank you! Trying to keep up with everything while being so exhausted from pregnancy has been so tough on me. I have zero time for myself to even shower and I don’t spend as much time in the lord as I wish I could.
Plop down on the couch or lay on the floor at bedtime with the kids and play worship music. Read or listen to the Bible. Let the kids dance, crawl on you, or run around the room. Just get in the zone in the chaos. Susanna Spurgeon is famous for throwing her apron over her head to pray!
Thank you thank you Milena, I’m 3 months postpartum and have been back at work for a month already. I’ve been so tired and really missing my sleep but thank you so much for your sweet reminders and encouragement. I really needed to hear this and gonna share it with my husband too 💖 blessings to you and your baby 🙏
3 weeks postpartum to our 4th baby. I’m feeling beyond blessed but tired but i know it’s totally worth it. I can’t complain! I’m happy to be going thru postpartum with you cus I have no Cristian girl friends, this made my day !!! Thank you for this 💕🫶🏼😭✨🙌🏼God is amazing in his timing! Hallelujah!!!
Thank youuuu, Milena. ❤ For being used by God. You know, here in Italy it's not so easy to have a lot of kids because the cost of life is high and I don't work, but as a mama of a 8-months-old I can affirm like you did in this video that children are the best gift God can give us. May the wisdom of the Lord be in us, Always. 🙏🏻
Have you ever TH-cam searched, "psalms sung in original hebrew"? I love listening to these. Even though I don't understand the Hebrew, I can read along at roughly the same time, and it fills me with such peace and some kind of longing. Highly recommend
Are you kidding me this exist!!! I just finished reading the Psalms. I felt the same way as Milena. I had read through it at least once. But after having my baby felt like God wanted me to read it before joining the worship team again! Oh my word! God completely changed worship for me!! I memorize Psalm 23 as a kid! I asked God, “ it would be so cool to hear David’s actual voice this” all of a sudden I read it and it was as if I heard David’s heart, I knew what everything meant from David’s life story. “ you anoint my head With oil” Um hello remember how I think Samuel anointed David’s head! Then worship has just been that way for me, where I praise the Lord with singing and he reminds my heart of what he has done! In every single line in every single song! He also taught me what harmonies were through dreams!! He is an amazing God!!
I've seen a few, but not all 150 of them. Just a quick TH-cam search gave me results. We're so lucky to live at a time in which ALL this information is available to us. Stay blessed
Finally I'm here early. Milena I looove your content lately. It's so obvious how much the Lord has done in your life and how far you have come. Thank you! God bless you. Greetings from Austria.
if any mama is reading this and struggling postpartum like me and doesn’t have a group chat of other likeminded mamas then let’s start a group chat!! i long for community like Milena has ♥️
I really need prayer. I’m not a mom but I am married and everytime I think of having a baby I go into a panic. It scares me so bad and I know that’s not from the Lord. I have an incredible husband but I worry that I will hate being a mom and I don’t want to hate it. Thank you for this video, Milena❤️

6 weeks in and I’m so exhausted but I thank God for grace!❤
This was so beautiful 🤍 don’t forget to pray for your husband throughout this time as well 🤍
I have a feeling this isn't an issue...she seems like the type of woman who prays for everyone.

Oh Milena, I bawled. 6 weeks postpartum with my first
Love the part about cycles synching and how God designed us to have built in support!
I love the person you've become Milena. You're truly an inspiration

Mom of four here youngest is 4 . This was still very uplifting to me. Thank you.
What a beautiful & encouraging video Milena 🥹🙏🏻🫶🏻
This is so wholesome, and the background music adds to the message you're giving out😊.
Mom of a 1 year old here, I can say, the time when my baby naps, is when I get to touch my phone and most of times when I'm in the word/prayer she has uninterrupted sleep and when I'm wasting time on youtube she can't sleep that well. I think that's God's way of making me obey Him 😊.
God is powerfully working through you milena! You are changing lives of us moms and thereby generations...
You are blessed dear sister.❤
I just found out I am pregnant with my 4th child and I have been terrified for postpartum. I needed this, thank you ❤
Praying for you
Such incredible encouragement and POWER! This is obedience in walking in the Holy Spirit
Watched this video just when I needed it most. Thank you for that prayer and all things God.
I’m currently 6 months postpartum with my second son and I needed this video. Thank you! And welcome back, I’ve missed your videos 🫶
Hey Milena, whenever I do t feel like praying, I listen I these videos and it inspires me to pray. Not only to pray but to remind myself that God hears me. Love you Mi! ❤
Mumma of a 17month old and still needed this ❤ thank you
I love the opening prayer I felt so warm hearing that and shielded with love, ❤
@@katicaj11 thanks for the prayers! I am still breastfeeding with plans to wean starting next week. My kid really doesn’t want to give it up 😓😂
I know that you have probably tried EVERYTHING to get your baby to sleep longer, and that everyone's particular situation is different.
@ElizabethSantay I hope I didn't offend with the suggestion - sleep deprivation is so hard. Hopefully it won't last much longer.
3 weeks postpartum & this is BEAUUUUUTIFUL THANKYOUUU 😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for this video Milena. I’m 10 weeks postpartum today and I feel like I’m just now finally getting my footing back under me. This was the encouragement I needed.
Ahhh thank you Milena! I’m 2.5 weeks from my due date and I’ve been so nervous for postpartum because it was so difficult with my first. I am taking it back! 💕🙏🏼
I am one year postpartum with my second, but this was still the encouragement I needed.
I love this! Sending it to my sweet friend who just had her 4th baby. 💛
I am current pregnant and getting ready to meet my twins in September and I already know this prayer is so needed!
This is such a sweet and calming video… thank you for helping other mamas during the very demanding and hard postpartum period🙏🏻
Yes! We can make every little or big deed we do, be for the glory of God!!!
This is awesome Milena and I'm not even a mom but, I'm in tears.
Keep up the good work. God is so proud of you ❤
Thank you for your beautiful words of wisdom.
Amen. x
What a beautiful intro prayer. Thank you! Sending love to all fellow mamas and caregivers of little ones out there
Please keep posting more vidoes like this. I love that this was low stimulation filiming and I could just listen to what you had to say. This was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your heart.
This was truly beautiful! Thank you for being a vessel for spreading the Lords Shalom and Grace!
Two sentences in and 😭
Thank you Milena, Thank you Lord!
This blessed me. ❤️ Would LOVE a video on the emotional and physical side. :)
This is amazing and I am so inspired even though I am not a postpartum mum…I’ve been a mother for 7 years now and I must say that prayers has not always been a consistent thing I do especially for my child…Watching this has helped me calm down and take it a day at a time to pray for my child when they fall asleep in my arms or while I’m bathing her or feeding her😍🙌🏽Thank you so much
Thank You Thank You Thank You
Blessings on you & your precious family.
Thank you ♥️
Thank you for saturating this with the Word of God.
Loved this video! 9 months postpartum mama here and I started my journey becoming closer to god recently and this has been the best experience. 🤍
I want to cry! I’m pregnant with my first child (first trimester) and I’m so encouraged by your joy and faith! I pray that I’m as strong of a mother as you are. 💖
Congratulations! I hope your feeling okay❤️💖
@@SherryMacoy-dk4zh thank you
This had me emotional… my littles are not so little anymore but as much as I sure could’ve used this heartfelt reminder then….I must say I need this reminder still. Thank you! 🥹🫶
Holy cow, can we get a dress collection somewhere? You always look stunning!
I’m 1 year postpartum and this hit my ❤🥹 thank you for this MI
God bless!
11:44 amen. I can tell you truly meditated on the word.
Bless you’re heart, God is shining through you 🙏🏼
In the exact same boat mama!
4 weeks postpartum and wow I needed this! Please make more encouragement for ppm moms if you’re able! God Bless
Thanks you Jesus. Thank you God for this incredible platform. This was so uplifting Milena❤. God bless you and your family.
Thank you for sharing! God bless you and congratulations! ❤
My favorite video ❤thank you for a place for women to come and be encouraged!
This Christmas I read in my Bible many times about Marry, “and she treasured these things in her heart”
My 5 year old and I were talking and i was telling her about how she would grow up one day.
I enjoyed reading about Hannah. So good.
I would love for you to do a video where you share encouragement for first time mamas!
Your voice is so calming!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
beautiful 🩷
you are a truly inspiration, congratulations Milena. God Bless you.
This video is a blessing! I'm saving it to share with all my friends as they enter their postpartum season.
Gosh I don't even have children and my God this video is just amazing! its beautiful! God Bless you love
“ you anoint my head With oil”
Um hello remember how I think Samuel anointed David’s head!
This is a beautiful video and beautiful message milena! Thank you for encouraging all of us ❤
Also at 8:49 the cat 😆🐈⬛
if any mama is reading this and struggling postpartum like me and doesn’t have a group chat of other likeminded mamas then let’s start a group chat!! i long for community like Milena has ♥️
this is the best postpartum video I have ever seen! the most important one. thank you, Milena 🤍
Your encouragement is needed! Thank you for this! ♥️
