- In part 4 of my 1979 Suzuki GS550 Cafe Racer project, watch how I make spacers on my MyFord ML7 lathe, so I can mount the yoke to my Clarke CMD300 milling machine. Using the milling machine, I cut down the handlebar clamps, before filing, sanding and polishing the yoke to produce a completely smooth, polished surface.

Thanks for watching.

Just one small part of the build done very well. As I said in the shorts posting the parts go together quite well. Thanks for posting and happy Christmas....
Thank you. Happy Christmas to you too.
Very nice job, I look forward to seeing more of your build, I hope I can pick up some tips and learn from your build to do a build of my own, do you do this sort of thing as just a hobby or is it your trade? You seem very knowledgeable and have a good way of explaining things too, thanks for posting and keep up the good work.
Thank you. This is my hobby along with many other hobbies. Not enough time in the day! My day job is software development. When I’m not working I spend time with my family and in my garage working and making things. My rusty backdrop is a Ford Escort RS Turbo on its side 😃.
