I ordered this one after enjoying the sample. It will be delivered tomorrow, so excited 🙂 The scent doesn’t last more than just a few hours, maybe 2-3 hours, but I work from home & don’t mind reapplying bc this scent just makes me happy.
I love it 😍 it’s a clean feminine classy fragrance for a spring/ summer brunch. It does projects and leaves a nice silage although longevity is moderate. It will layer very well with my way from armany.
No, viva la juicy is NOT a dupe for gorgeous gardenia - to me it’s got a different kind of sweeter undertone personally, I would recommend it if you have the money. It’s beautiful and the sensoria experience is beautiful - I feel beautiful in it and although not too strong, the gentle whiffs I get throughout the day are poignant enough.
I've been using the gardenia for a year now and I love it. Today I finally got the Jasmine. I'm surprised it took me so long since Jasmine a favourite note, second only to tuberose. I was expecting something like Mugler alien EDP. Sadly not. I do still love it though but to me it comes of similar to the Jasmine in moschino toy 2. A clean Jasmine and not a indolic jasmine you get with alien(which is my love) this gucci dries down very clean, almost like clean laundry and very soapy, Very much alike toy 2. Toy 2 is what I go for after a shower and early night. It'll probably be the same with this. I just can't wait to get my hands on the gucci gorgeous magnolia ❤❤❤❤
I bought both versions and they smell amazing, I usually layer them as well as an essential oil mix consisting of patchouli, gardenia and tea rose. Overall I am not a fan of strong scents so the Flora perfumes hit the mark for me. I’m also a big fan of gardenia and patchouli (can you tell lol)
You are spot on! I bought it live the top notes but lasting power is poor I took it back. I put it on went to work and in 2 hours it was undetected. Looking for work scent . I am a nurse . Soft pleasant
Love the bottle and the smell is light and not offensive. Unfortunately, on my skin it lasts for about an hour and there’s no projection to speak of. But that’s my skin chemistry. May be great on someone else. The gardenia version definitely lasts longer than this Jasmine one. Agree, Soki, the GG does smell like VLJ-ish.
I love, love, LOVE Gucci Flora Gorgeous Gardenia... so I ran to Ulta right away as soon as the Jasmine was released. I’m glad I tested it first. While it’s ‘ok’, it didn’t wow me. I must admit, I was disappointed.
I got a few samples of Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia and I liked it, and liked the campaign with Miley Cyrus, but couldn't help thinking it was too similar to Viva La Juicy to warrant the price, even with the prettier bottle. I feel like this is very similar - there are much cheaper, everyday jasmine scents that last better, despite Gucci's nice packaging.
I just got a sample of the jasmine and it’s very pretty. Would not be upset to receive as a gift and I think it would make a great every day west for places with a temperate climate. I live in Florida so I think it is perfect for our weather. Would I spend my money on it - not at full price but if I got a good deal I would. Longevity and silage is honesty not great I would say 4 hrs tops if overspraying which is a shame especially considering the price. But I do like the scent.

I thought the opposite between the Jasmine and the Gardenia. I'm not crazy about the Gardenia because it doesn't have that sweeter smell to me. I actually had to take a double take because I thought I had purchased the wrong perfume. I can't smell the Gardenia at all. I absolutely love the Jasmine though. It is my new favorite. I only wish it would last a little longer.

Most people seem to agree that this one isn’t worth the price. It’s light, inoffensive and basic. The best thing about it is the bottle. Similar to Calvin Klein beauty, a soft jasmine that I enjoy and only cost me $20.

The Gucci Gorgeous Gardenia and Gorgeous Jasmine are world class desgin! Gorgeous glass pink or turquoise painted bottle with a printed paper etiquette on the front side.... this bottle could have come directly from the 19th century.....It could be even more perfect if they decided to put the notes, which they now printed directly on the backside of the glass bottle, to also use for this a small paper etiquette, placed at the lower back side of the bottle.... then it would be so so perfect, fully 19th century.... already now it is an extraordinary design... with also a small paper etiquette at the lower back side with the notes printed on it this would become a museum piece.... and the perfumes themselves are also really gorgeous, well done. (the Jasmine I found to be quite a heavy fragrance... so I do not agree it is for young girls.... I think the Jasmine is more suited for autumn and winter and the Gardenia for Spring/Summer)... Some TH-camrs hyped up Gorgeous Gardenia so much that I blind bought it and was extremely disappointed. Very poor sillage, projection, and longevity. I never reach for it. I’m gonna stay away from this new one. Lol
Oh no, this is not for me...Way too sweet, quite artifical, total teeny vibes imo. Not the light natural jasmin I have hoped for. But I like the esthetic of the presentation, fits the scent though.

Gucci Flora Jasmine the blue bottle has a minty scent to it I loved it so much the pink bottle was good too but without the minty smell.

I bought the 30ml and will probably go through it pretty fast. I have to spray heavy to get it to last over a couple of hours. I do like it though!
