Usually you unbolt the clutch from the engine via the access holes on each side of the trans and it drops straight down so you don't have to angle the engine back quite as much. Glad to see the new clutch go in, can't wait to see this car hit the dyno. Awesome job 🤘
Quick tip, unbolt the pressure plate bolts through the inspection holes. Trans will come right out super easy. Do the same while installing it, she will glide right in 👌🏾
If you want I can hook you up with the guy who tuned my car! He does e tunes. Usually just road pulls until it’s ready for the dyno then has 3 calibrations to do pulls on the dyno, 3 logs (1 from each calibration) then merged into one final calibration. Saves a lot of money not being on a dyno for hours and just doing 3 dyno pulls. I do love the fx400 as welll, had mine for about 6 years now and only thing is reverse gets chattery when hot. As to be expected though! Glad to see all the progress man!
i had the same setup bro fx400 with a bone stock 154 making 706 for 2 years and the trans never skipped a beat i ran 1 quart of shockproof and 2 quarts of mt90
Out of all the models of cars out there the mid 80's Supras, SAABS, VW scirocco,GTI, awd quattro's, and mustang 5.0 s reign supra-eam. TT Nissans 360's, eclipse, and rx7s we're meh. A TT 360 done right might do it for me. Till then you and your boys hard work on that Supra do it's designers proud. shout out to the Sky-line, and dads old bmw m series. Peace.
