fire, complete fire. Such a good song wtf, the original always threw me off because the singer's voice was vocoded into the song and it ended up sounding like (to me) She was a chain smoker for 50 years trying to sing, albeit beautifully, but now i get to vibe to this masterpiece. Thank you bro
I don't think she's vocoded, I seem to remember hearing she suffered some form of esophageal injury and her voice is just Like That. Personally I love it and it adds a rawness to it that most people can't achieve. Also as a shill, I commissioned an English cover of this song with lyrics I wrote, and there's a link to it in the description, so it might satiate your desire for a version of this song's vocals that aren't super grating.

She decided to sing the song despite her injures and honestly its so fitting to the story of the game. She put everything into it.
this song w/o her vocals is litaraly nothing special. Its the singer that gave it soul.
