How did I miss this one until just now? This is a fascinating history. Those original cabinets were wild.
When I saw the picture of the steam tunnel I instantly thought of Lazlo from the movie Real Genius.
I guess I'm weird because I thought of Tom Hanks from Mazes and Monsters, but then I've not seen Real Genius.
I was thinking about Mazes and Monsters too, though that happened in Michigan in the late 70s.

I actually scripted this video like a year ago so I'm not sure which source gave me which information, but I *think* it was Marty Goldberg and Curt Vendel's book "Atari Inc: Business is Fun."
